Sirius Home care are absolutely wonderful. The team both in the office and all those who visit my father are so professional and caring I can't thank them enough. They are so accommodating and I know he is in such good and safe hands. As he gets older we have to change his care quite often and they manage this for us quickly and efficiently and nothing is ever too much. I can't recommend them enough. Thanks to all.

Very reliable service. Staff were all caring and friendly. Management kept us fully informed of all issues. On occasions when we needed to make changes they were flexible and helpful. No complaints at all.

Dad seems happy with his visits from the carers and this has given my sister and I peace of mind that Dad is being well looked after.

Sirius are an amazing care company who have looked after my dad for a number of years. The carers are well trained and treat their clients with genuine care and compassion. The management and office team are always prepared to listen to any concerns you may have and will support you and your family to ensure the best outcomes. In the years my dad has used Sirius we have never had a problem with reliability you can trust them with your loved one.

My 75 year old Dad was diagnosed with Alzheimer's and Vascular Dementia in November 2025. He needed assistance to help with his medication, and basic house hold needs. I live 3 hours away I was limited in what I could do. My Dads brother is 5 years older. I put enquiries out to two companies. One didn't show up to the assessment. Sirius arrived the same day as I called. I'm so glad they did!

My contact with the carers was limited due to my distance but when I saw them they were lovely, friendly and professional.

The office team were amazing. They quickly took over the management of Dad's many medications with the GP and pharmacy. They were always contactable and never made me feel like I was an annoyance and extremely supportive. They also helped me in my dealings with social services as Dads condition deteriorated.

If I ever need him care provider again I will be using them again and can't recommend them enough!! Thank you to all the ladies and gentlemen at Sirius Homecare!!!

The team at Sirius are wonderful. We trusted them all completely with the care of our mum. The team in the office were great at communicating any concerns or suggested changes to mum's care as her needs changed. The carers are just amazing and we felt they became our extended family who cared for Mum right to the very end with humour, love and compassion. Very considerate, attentive, professional care provided by all Carers that have visited my Mum in recent months. The administration team are also friendly, efficient, helpful and professional whenever i have had contact with them.

The care provided for my mum over the past few months has been wonderful. The care was particularly excellent when she came out of hospital after a replacement hip operation in October 2024 and required additional care.

Have complete trust in Sirius Home Care. All the staff are pleasant. friendly, caring, compassionate and professional. I am particularly impressed with the way staff adhere to policy and procedure. I am always updated if there are any concerns etc relating to the care of my mother. It is evident that Sirius invests in their employees, in terms of training and development. From my initial conversation with one of the staff, through to the now-established morning visits from Sirius carers, as a family, we have been very happy with the service provided. It is so much more than a service, however, as all carers are extremely kind thoughtful and understanding. Sirius has really helped us through a difficult period with real professionalism and genuine care.

When my mum needed some extra help with personal care Sirius helped my dad and me with some plans to help her. She has been very resistant to these plans, however, the care team at Sirius have helped to change the plans to support my mum. Always respectful, polite accommodating to my dad.
