Chloe is truly passionate about delivering high-quality care. To do that, she is dedicated to ensuring that each and every one of our clients is "delighted" - not just happy - with the service we provide and that our carers enjoy working for us. She is also responsible for the marketing and promotion of our business.
Emily has overall responsibility for the safe delivery of our high-quality care service, scheduling assessments and regular reviews with all our clients. She is responsible for our staff training and development, ensuring they have both the knowledge and confidence to support our clients.
She also manages our team of Field Care Supervisors, who quality check our work out in the community by completing spot checks and support visits with our staff, as well as regular reviews with our clients to ensure they are still happy with our service, and ensuring we are still meeting their needs.
Mel is dedicated to ensuring that every aspect of our service meets the highest standards of care and professionalism. She oversees the quality of care delivery, making sure our services remain fully compliant with CQC standards and that care plans, risk assessments, and medication management are accurate and up to date. Working closely with our senior team, she supports and trains our care staff to deliver outstanding care every day. She also stays actively engaged with our clients to understand their experiences, gather feedback, and ensure continuous improvement across our service. Her role is all about maintaining excellence, promoting positive change, and ensuring that our clients always receive safe, person-centred, and exceptional care.
