I have always found Sirius caring and responsive over the four months since we started to use them for my aunt. I can phone at any time to discuss care needs. Staff always arrive on time and stay for the allotted time. Carers are friendly, caring and able to fulfil household tasks too. The online reporting system is extremely useful as we live fifty miles away and know straight away what has been done and how my aunt is. It is reassuring to know she has had a hot meal, hot drinks and washing etc has been done. The office staff are all approachable, friendly and offer advice and reassurance as needed.

We have been very pleased with the small group of ladies coming to visit Mum, it is nice for her to see familiar faces on a daily basis. All the carers are very friendly and professional. When we have had to contact head office for any reaso, they have always been very helpful.

After chatting to my mum over the last couple of weeks, I am really pleased with the positive effect it has had on her everyday life. She is getting up and ready for her call and everyone has been helpful and understanding and I think it is giving her purpose and making her feel less anxious. Before we asked Sirius to come in and give support, my mum was spending a lot of time feeling anxious, lonely and not looking after herself when her family were unable to visit. So seeing her talking about getting out for a walk or a drive is really pleasing. It is also really helpful to know she will have support every day, should she need. Thank you.

The care Mum receives allows her to stay in her own home, which with her growing dementia is important. The carers are great with her and she looks forward to them arriving. I know I can increase care as we need it and being able to easily access the office is great.

From my first contact with Sirius I have found them to be thoroughly professional and supportive. The carers are always punctual and treat Mum with respect, kindness and support. They assist Mum with domestic chores and she is always impressed with their high standards of work. On a couple of occasions, it’s been necessary to alter the dates/times of Mum’s visits - my requests have been dealt with promptly and all staff have been extremely accommodating, which I have very much appreciated. Also, access to the app is a great way of understanding how Mum interacts with the carers (she often is unable to recall what’s happened during the day) and billing is very straightforward, prompt and easy to understand and pay. I can’t thank Sirius enough for a fantastic all-round service.

We've been so impressed with the service, carers and office staff. Nothing is too much trouble. Mum/mum-in-law has just changed from meds being on a nomad to carers administering them, the lady has made it so much easier. Mum/mum-in-law is treated with respect, dignity and encouraged. Love how we can access part of the notes online and access her rota. Mum/mum-in-law has commented on how the carers are on time, wear name badges and a uniform. Thank you.

I have used Sirius for 2 years and have always been pleased with their service. Staff always turn up on time and are always pleasant and polite and listen to what I need them to do rather than take over and do what they think I need. When Grandpa suddenly passed away last year we were thrown into complete turmoil. Nan was now living on her own and over an hour's drive away from us and Nan had recently been diagnosed with dementia. Both mum and dad did an amazing job but the time came when it just wasn't manageable. Nan wants to stay in her own home for as long as possible and I support this. I've been an elderly healthcare assistant for 17 years so I did a huge amount of research hoping to find the absolute best I could for Nan and that I did, Sirius is amazing! From start to finish they have been perfect, they have completely changed not only nans life but our family life, nan looks forward to the ladies coming daily, when we visit Nan she looks clean, tidy, well and happy in her own home and its taken so much pressure off mum and dad. There's not enough room for the amount of positive feedback I want to give! Thank you guys, you're all worth your weight in gold!

They enabled Mum to return home from a care home following a hospital stay, when that would otherwise have been impossible.
All the staff are amazing and Mum greatly enjoys the visits. She sees the carers more as friends popping in to help, rather than as carers.
The office and management staff are also great, ensuring we are made aware of any issues we need to know that may arise, whilst also using their knowledge and experience to resolve them directly where possible.
The online portal for care reports after each visit is also invaluable and gives the family, who live out of town, peace of mind regarding each visit and including important information on food and medication.
Overall, the family are very happy with Sirius and wouldn't hesitate in recommending them to other people.

I have used cheaper care agencies for a couple of other relatives and was unfortunately frustrated with a number of issues. We decided to try Sirius Homecare for my mother's care since November 2023. Right from day one, we have been pleased with the professional efficiency of the company and all of the staff. Our thoughts are, that if the staff are happy working for a company and they treat them well, then this carries through to the the care that the staff provide to the client. Sirius provided a daily care service for both of my parents for 6 months until they had to go into residential care. From start to finish, all of the staff (office and carers) were professional and attentive, regularly going beyond expectations. We know our parents were very happy with the care provided. One slight disappointment after we had to suddenly stop the care was the 14 day cancellation fee, I think a 7 day cancellation fee period would be fairer and more appropriate.

Each and every one of the carers are absolutely brilliant with Mum. They treat her so well and always have a smile on their face. Excellent service. All carers looking after me are caring, kind and very efficient. Not only do they look after me (for example helping me wash), but they are always so friendly and patient. As I have been housebound, I have really looked forward to sharing a laugh and a joke with the carers. It has really contributed to keeping me positive as I recover from my fall. Thank you so much.

Please try to work your staff out so they don't have to travel six or seven miles in five minutes for only a half hour visit, it doesn't make sense.

After many years in the corporate world working for several blue-chip companies, Peter wanted to use his skills and experience to build a service that really made a difference in his local community. He is responsible for the overall business strategy, as well as managing all finance and payroll functions.
Chloe is truly passionate about delivering high-quality care. To do that, she is dedicated to ensuring that each and every one of our clients is "delighted" - not just happy - with the service we provide and that our carers enjoy working for us. She is also responsible for the marketing and promotion of our business.
Emily has overall legal responsibility for the safe delivery of our care services, scheduling assessments and regular reviews with all our clients. She is responsible for our staff training and development, ensuring they have both the knowledge and confidence to support our clients.
She also manages our team of Field Care Supervisors, who quality check our work out in the community by completing spot checks and support visits with our staff, as well as regular reviews with our clients to ensure they are still happy with our service, and ensuring we are still meeting their needs.
Mel is dedicated to ensuring that every aspect of our service meets the highest standards of care and professionalism. She oversees the quality of care delivery, making sure our services remain fully compliant with CQC standards and that care plans, risk assessments, and medication management are accurate and up to date. Working closely with our senior team, she supports and trains our care staff to deliver outstanding care every day. She also stays actively engaged with our clients to understand their experiences, gather feedback, and ensure continuous improvement across our service. Her role is all about maintaining excellence, promoting positive change, and ensuring that our clients always receive safe, person-centred, and exceptional care.
