Sirius provides support to my Mum who is 94 years old on a daily basis to help with medication. I have found the agency professional, responsive and able to tailor the service to the needs of the client. They communicate well with family members and are open to regular review and feedback. My Mum has
with reluctance accepted support and has been helped to do this by careful introduction and consistent carers who have spent time getting to know her. They have been able to gain her confidence and she now appreciates the social benefit of the visits in addition to giving self-reassurance that she is taking her medication correctly.

I've used lots of agencies to support me over the years, but I have soon parted company with them due to their lack of interest in my needs. This is only the second time I have found a care agency that is proactive and seeks out ways to support me, and they are more than worth the extra few pounds.
They are the only one I have had that suggest tasks that need doing. They treat me respectfully and in a friendly way. The carers are really prompt, are really professional and the uniforms are so smart. The domestic call I also have is really thorough and the cleaner actually moves things, rather than just cleans around them (unlike many I have had). Its really well organised, and innovative - they even help with me when I need a zoom call my solicitors and help with my computer. The only agency that has put toothpaste on my toothbrush!

I look forward to seeing my carers each day. They are really helpful and support me. They know when I am struggling and assist me but don't take over. We have fun, they make me feel good and don't patronise me which is important to me. Nothing is too much trouble, they are really friendly and they don't
rush me.
They always stay for the full time and often go over if needed. They always check I have my lifeline on, plenty of drinks and my phone near me before they leave. Brilliant carers, brilliant company.

Excellent service. Very reliable and always on time. Carers very friendly and supportive and really have made a huge difference in helping my dad look after mum who has dementia. Same charge on weekends too. Can't fault.

I am very happy with the support and care I get from Sirius. I get on so well with the girls - nothing is too much trouble for them. And the manager even brought me a card and some flowers on my birthday!

Sirius Homecare really rescued our family! My mum was left with no weekend care with no notice. They got back to me straight away and came to do a risk assessment and a detailed care plan. They have managed to fulfil all the time requirements. They are so friendly and efficient. We highly recommend.

He is responsible for the overall business strategy, as well as managing all finance and payroll functions.

Chloe's role at Sirius is very varied, ranging from dealing with incoming enquiries right through to operations and compliance. She is also responsible for the marketing and promotion of our business. Chloe is truly passionate about delivering high-quality care. To do that, she is dedicated to ensuring that each and every one of our clients is "delighted" - not just happy - with the service we provide and that our carers enjoy working for us.

Emily Rouse

Emily has overall responsibility for the safe delivery of our high-quality care service, scheduling assessments and regular reviews with all our clients. She is responsible for our staff training and development, ensuring they have both the knowledge and confidence to support our clients.


She also manages our team of Field Care Supervisors, who quality check our work out in the community by completing spot checks and support visits with our staff, as well as regular reviews with our clients to ensure they are still happy with our service, and ensuring we are still meeting their needs.
