We found Multiple Care Solutions carers a very caring and kind company. We as a family had to call upon them to help with my mum for a few weeks before Christmas . We were very grateful for all their kindness and care they gave her. Thank you to all the team.

My family and I are so pleased with the care that my father is receiving from his live in carer .A true professional who always goes the extra mile.He truly cares about my father and is always doing his best by him to make his days brighter and going to places he is fond of which puts a huge smile on his face. He is always sending me videos of my father which is so kind d of him and really makes us as a family feel happy when we see my father and his carer laughing together ,and my father generally being well cared for. From the moment I found Multiple Care Agency they were truly professional in every way but because they are a smaller company they treat you in a very personal way and it leaves you feeling nurtured and cared about both the family and the person who needs the care. Thankyou for giving my father the best care possible and giving him so many wonderful Opportunities. But most of all for my dad to spend the end of his days in his own home with all his home comforts.

The care worker for my sister-in-law, has proved a brilliant asset. My sister-in-law doesn't require much personal help but loves a good natter and someone who isn't afraid to muck in. The manager paired them up beautifully. I have no worries on the nights I'm not there. Thank you multiple care solutions

I'm satisfied with the care provided. The carer I have is good. She has a good attitude and she's always on time.The carer is very encouraging and she has helped me to gain confidence in doing exercises and walking outside in the garden.

We were delighted with, and extremely grateful for, the care provided to our 91 year mother in the last few months of her life. Both of the two carers provided were very competent, hard working, extremely pleasant and totally trustworthy. The company was also extremely competitive in terms of price. The managers were highly efficient and genuinely caring. It was a pleasure to do business with them and my only regret is that we did not engage them sooner.
