The care provided for my dad has been absolutely excellent. He is extremely vulnerable and requires sensitive, dignified support, particularly around poor hygiene linked to incontinence. The carers have been consistently kind, patient, and respectful, always ensuring he is comfortable and treated
with dignity.
Communication has been outstanding - they keep us well informed, are easy to reach, and are always there to offer reassurance and support, both to my dad and to us as a family. Their kindness, reliability, and genuine care have made a very difficult situation so much easier to manage.
I cannot thank them enough for the support they provide and would highly recommend them.

Extremely kind, supportive team of carers. They have supported my husband who has the early stages of Alzheimer's, in his recovery from hip surgery. Communication is efficient and helpful and the time keeping is good.

Bewellcare have been extremely good at caring for my sister. They have been thoughtful and keen to ensure that care is appropriate and her needs anticipated and met. The carers I have met have been very friendly, caring and professional.

When my 86-year-old father fell and broke his shoulder the hospital recommended a care provider that were truly awful.
We had to find an alternative in a hurry and I'm delighted we found Be Well Care.
They instantly turned on the care that my dad needed and regularly went the extra mile. Whilst
we usually had the same carer, they had a big team all of whom were very capable, caring and considerate towards dad.
The team were incredibly flexible and easy to deal with which meant we have been able to increase and decrease care as his health has changed.
I would have no reservations in strongly recommending them.

Be well Care have been providing care and companionship for my mother who suffers with dementia and regular respite care to allow myself or my brother to have regular breaks. The kindness and professionalism the carer provide has been of a very high standard. Communication has been excellent with
changes in the rota and other requests accommodated very promptly . Time keeping is always very good. I would not hesitate to recommend Be WellCare very highly .

We engaged with Be Well Care following a fall my mother had resulting in a fractured knee. This injury meant that her mobility would be very restricted for 8 weeks to allow for the healing process.
Be Well Care responded extremely quickly, conducting a comprehensive care assessment visit the same
day and setting up care visits starting the following morning.
The carers from Be Well Care have all been very good providing an array of support for my mother twice a day which allowed her to continue with her independent living. We are now setting up a lower level ongoing support service with Be Well Care as we have found the support they provide has been a real benefit for my mother's wellbeing as well as providing respite care relief to family members.
The Be Well Care team have been responsive and pro-active throughout and I have no hesitation to highly recommend them.

When I was informed the current lovely carers we had for my mum (incredibly rare to have) could not take her on as a long-term client due to distance and staff shortage (my mum needs 2 carers for 4 visits a day!) I was filled with dread! I couldn't believe how lucky we'd been to have our then care
package, I didn't believe we could have such amazing care a second time but sure enough Be Well took on my mum and we can not believe how blessed we are. Not only are each and every carer wonderful, kind, efficient, professional, helpful, not to mention consistent time keeping (my biggest worry!) the list goes on. I have had experience with various care packages over the years, not just through my mum but I have my own cleaning business and witnessed how other carers can be hence I speak with such conviction and confidence at how highly I regard Be Well! This includes the management, without such good management things would be quite different! Thank you ALL at Be Well.

The care my husband is getting is absolutely wonderful. The dignity and kindness they show not just to my husband but to me as well is amazing and could not ask for better service.

I find that all the carers that I have had have been professional and very engaging. Being stuck in the house for eighteen months, now I have been treated as a friend and this has given me much more confidence. I love cooking and not feeling confident to do this safely and now with their help, I
have been cooking again. Not only do they look after my personal care but they are helping to become more independent.
I always treat myself with the upmost respect and dignity. I can recommend this company to anyone.

From day one, Mum had excellent care from the agency. There has never been an instance that worried me that Mum wasn't getting first-rate care. Every carer does their job to the highest standard, giving dignity, choice and real kindness. If there was anything the carers were worried about, they let
their managers know and they would contact me immediately. I would highly recommend Be Well Care and go as far to say it couldn't be bettered.

I am very pleased and indeed relieved to have found Be Well Care Ltd. The care that my mother and father have received from them has been exemplary. My parents have received emergency cover, daily and now live in care and without exception, all carers have been lovely, experienced and truly caring.
The regular team around them mean that they really know my parents and they feel comfortable having them in their home. Their carers now feel like part of our extended family. The communication with the office is very good, they are responsive and helpful and have been able to accommodate any changes that we have asked for. I am extremely grateful for all the help and support from the carers during some quite difficult times. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for extra care in their home.

Be Well Care provided day support for my father who was caring for my elderly, blind mother. The organisation were careful to assess the needs required and was very safety conscious. The staff always turned up as required and planned and on time. Towards the end of my mum's life, they also provided
waking night care - again reliable and very caring. When the carer realised it was my mum's 96th birthday, she went out after her shift finished and returned later with a bunch of flowers! Very kind and the carers really do care. I highly recommend Be Well Care and have done so personally to friends in need.

The care team were always friendly and polite in their support. The care team always tried to accommodate any needs or changes to the schedule for example changes to start times. I was also able to either speak to the team on the phone or leave a message - the team always replied.

We are delighted with the care Mum has received with Be Well Care. The carers are friendly, kind, patient, professional, and are always mindful of her condition. We enjoy having the same regular team who know Mum's little habits and likes and dislikes. The staff in the office are also very helpful
and communicate well. We would not hesitate to recommend Be Well Care to anyone needing extra assistance at home. We are grateful for all that you do.
