Having lived totally independently until just before she turned 94 my mum wasn't too keen on having carers in to help her but the team at Be Well Care were wonderful in understanding her needs and also respecting her wish to continue to do things for herself. Everyone at Be Well Care were so kind and caring for mum and made every effort to allow her to stay living in the apartment she loved for as long as possible. The team communicated with us really well and responded immediately to any requests or changes in circumstances.

Be Well Care looked after my uncle as his dementia worsened. They were very proactive and responsive to his increasing needs, with frequent communication updates and prompt adaptations to his changing situation. I would recommend them and happy to use them again should the need arise.

Highly recommend you to anyone that needs their loved one to be cared for at home .

Extremely kind, supportive team of carers. They have supported my husband who has the early stages of Alzheimer's, in his recovery from hip surgery. Communication is efficient and helpful and the time keeping is good.

Be well Care have been providing care and companionship for my mother who suffers with dementia and regular respite care to allow myself or my brother to have regular breaks. The kindness and professionalism the carer provide has been of a very high standard. Communication has been excellent with changes in the rota and other requests accommodated very promptly . Time keeping is always very good. I would not hesitate to recommend Be WellCare very highly .

When I was informed the current lovely carers we had for my mum (incredibly rare to have) could not take her on as a long-term client due to distance and staff shortage (my mum needs 2 carers for 4 visits a day!) I was filled with dread! I couldn't believe how lucky we'd been to have our then care package, I didn't believe we could have such amazing care a second time but sure enough Be Well took on my mum and we can not believe how blessed we are. Not only are each and every carer wonderful, kind, efficient, professional, helpful, not to mention consistent time keeping (my biggest worry!) the list goes on. I have had experience with various care packages over the years, not just through my mum but I have my own cleaning business and witnessed how other carers can be hence I speak with such conviction and confidence at how highly I regard Be Well! This includes the management, without such good management things would be quite different! Thank you ALL at Be Well.

Be Well Care has been a great help and support in looking after our dad. Nothing is too much trouble. I can message with any new updates and I always get a prompt reply by return. All the carers are very professional, friendly and cheerful. Both myself and my brother feel reassured that our dad is being looked after well.

From day one, Mum had excellent care from the agency. There has never been an instance that worried me that Mum wasn't getting first-rate care. Every carer does their job to the highest standard, giving dignity, choice and real kindness. I am very pleased and indeed relieved to have found Be Well Care Ltd. The care that my mother and father have received from them has been exemplary. My parents have received emergency cover, daily and now live in care and without exception, all carers have been lovely, experienced and truly caring. The regular team around them mean that they really know my parents and they feel comfortable having them in their home. Their carers now feel like part of our extended family. The communication with the office is very good, they are responsive and helpful and have been able to accommodate any changes that we have asked for. Be Well Care provided day support for my father who was caring for my elderly, blind mother. The organisation were careful to assess the needs required and was very safety conscious. The staff always turned up as required and planned and on time. Towards the end of my mum's life, they also provided waking night care - again reliable and very caring. When the carer realised it was my mum's 96th birthday, she went out after her shift finished and returned later with a bunch of flowers! Very kind and the carers really do care. I highly recommend Be Well Care and have done so personally to friends in need.

The care team were always friendly and polite in their support. The care team always tried to accommodate any needs or changes to the schedule for example changes to start times. I was also able to either speak to the team on the phone or leave a message - the team always replied.
