The carers are all very helpful, empathetic and do their job very well. Sometimes, when needed, they go over and above to ensure my mother is well cared for. They are very well trained and knowledgeable in their work.

Same Ways Care provides day to day care for my grandmother, who has recently moved into the area. The members of staff are friendly, supportive and very helpful. They are punctual but let you know if running late for any reason. They go the extra mile to accommodate any request big or small. I would highly recommend Same Ways Care to my friends. My grandma is super happy with their services.

All staff have been caring and kind, they arrive on time and are very friendly to the client and family. They completed all there tasks. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs that extra support.

No Staff Know how to use the admin system not enough time between clients to cope with Oxford Traffic, then it's the clients who suffer as staff are left to work excessive hours. Spending time watching training videos to find out how to do the job in my and at my expense and in my flat. Because of very poor training of Sponsored Overseas Staff? WHO ARE EXPECTED TO UNDERSTAND DRUGS TAKEN AND RECORD EVERY DRUG INDIVIDUALY RATHER THAN TAKE OF PHOTO AND FILL IT IN IN COMPANY TIME NOT MINE! No Mims Or BNF No Supplements or Vitamins recorded.15 prescribed Tablets and its taking 15 minuets to explain and record. Every Visit. Care is being missed because of Very Poor Management and Delegation of Staff. Plus Very Disgruntled Staff.

They are always polite to me and always on time there very nice to me and gentle. I am always satisfied with the outcome.

The care team headed by the supervisor were all very diligent and caring. They were always thorough, caring, kind and on time. I would not hesitate to recommend the team and was sorry to see them go.

We also have the district nurses coming now thanks to the management.

My experience of Same Ways Care after my hip replacement operation was in every way positive. The care workers were all very kind and efficient and turned their hands to cleaning, pegging out washing, and ironing as readily as caring for me personally with ointments, moisturisers and other personal care tasks. I could not recommend them more highly.

A very professional, organised and caring team.

Whilst initially nervous about carers coming to help with my husband during the later stages of his palliative care, we were both given an unexpected boost by the Same Ways Care team that came to our assistance. The individual members of the team were all interesting, intelligent, thoughtful, dedicated, kind, focussed, hardworking, reliable and in possession of a range of specialist nursing skills. It was a joy to get to know each other and made the morning visits a pleasure that set us up well for each day. Having a lead carer who came every single day was very special. It is with love and enormous gratitude that I thank the team for doing a fantastic job of looking after my husband and taking care of me too.

This has been much appreciated knowing that she is safe and well looked after.
