I have been unwell for a very long time. The carers, they are very good. They wash me and dress me.

Same Ways Care staff are efficient, positive, experienced and helpful. Always arrive at time agreed always ready to deal cheerfully with unexpected setbacks and problems and offer guidance.
Due to an extended stay in hospital, Mum's care package lapsed and we needed to find a new company. We couldn't have been more fortunate in selecting Same Ways Care Ltd. The co-owner, on discovering that Mum was to return home the day after her birthday, arranged instead for her to leave hospital earlier for which we'll always be grateful.
We have appreciated the care and attention provided by the Same Ways staff and have enjoyed in particular the continuity of staff coming to the house. Highly recommended.
Company owner very easy to talk to if I want to talk about any aspects of my care. They provide the same team of carers, which I like because together, can build up a greater understanding of my needs. There is a willingness to adapt if I need to make a change to my routine care, eg. I might need a later visit, to enable me to go out for a day, making my return later than the usual visit time - flexibility is so important. Always happy to assist me if unwell, eg. calls for help or backup. Overall I am very happy and satisfied with Same Ways Care.
I have girls visit me twice daily. I am happy to see them as I live alone. We have a chat, they give me medication and I sometimes go out with them. they are always on time with a smile. I have two cats, they are happy too.
