Company owner very easy to talk to if I want to talk about any aspects of my care. They provide the same team of carers, which I like because together, can build up a greater understanding of my needs. There is a willingness to adapt if I need to make a change to my routine care, eg. I might need a
later visit, to enable me to go out for a day, making my return later than the usual visit time - flexibility is so important. Always happy to assist me if unwell, eg. calls for help or backup. Overall I am very happy and satisfied with Same Ways Care.
