When we needed a carer for my wife as her dementia progressed, we joined Same Ways Care on the recommendation of a close friend who used them. She has been a highly respected nurse and health visitor. She really knew about standards of care! The two senior carers from Same Way who have looked after my wife are pure gold! They set an example that is difficult for others to emulate.

Same Ways cared for my mother at her home from the end of the "lockdown" in 2021 until the end of March this year. They provided a team of dedicated staff who: - made her cups of tea, prepared her meals, managed the food supply in her fridge, secured medication when it ran out, - liaised with multiple different adult social care organisations, healthcare organisations, GP practice, district nurse and hospitals (which is a project management job in itself) and - made her beds, did her washing, chatted to her, brought in their paintings and artwork and managed multiple crises as they occurred. They kept me up to date, and I had regular status updates and planning calls with Same Ways. All-round, the team were very supportive, and many individual carers went out of their way to help my mum.

My aunt was supported by Same Ways Care when her health deteriorated. The care she received was excellent, she was treated with dignity and respect, and carers often went the extra mile for her, taking her for coffee or to the garden centre. Nothing was too much trouble for them, which made my aunt very happy. Management was very helpful when I called the office, especially towards the end of my aunt's life. The overall service provided to my aunt was very good, and some staff exceeded their remit in their efforts to encourage my aunt, who has dementia, to call and drink; some even brought treats in for her. It was not always easy to find out how my aunt was progressing since paper care notes were moved to online recording, but care managers provided updates where required. The billing system was not always that transparent, but staff dealt with queries about discrepancies and did their best to resolve them. Overall, I was very happy with the care given to my aunt.

Naturally it is easier to relate to some carers but we are all different and generally we have a good relationship with them all.
The care Same Ways has provided for my Mum has been amazing. Not just what they do while they are here, but more they make the time to sit and chat with her. As a family, this has really helped us know Mum is being well cared for and that she will see someone for a chat every day, especially during these difficult times. We have all noticed such a difference in her mental health as well as physical.

Friendly and efficient service with care and respect.
Carers need to know how to deal with catheters, some are not sure.
I have found the service provided by Same Ways Care Ltd to be excellent. The carers are always pleasant and keep excellent time. The admin staff are very flexible if a visit time needs to be changed so that the client can meet appointment times.
I receive visits weekly fro the company's carer with rare exceptions this is always the same carer who is, therefore, familiar with my needs. She is friendly, polite and not excessively formal. She does what I request and does not need reminding of my preferences. I am happy with the quality of the service bearing in mind that my requirements are not elaborate or complicated.
Excellent service, carers are most helpful and friendly.
The manager who runs this care company, along with her great team, is a very caring lady with a great deal of experience. My mother suffers with dementia and needs a lot of understanding. When Mum is having a bad day, the manager takes her out for lunch and this really helps with Mum's moods. A great team of people.
Generally, the management always tries to comply with our needs and keeps improving its service. Despite all the improvement, they have made as a service there are some areas which could be improved. Staff timing, some staff could be friendlier. At the end, I would like to thank you for the service that you provide us.
I am happy. The carers care for me very well, take me shopping, clean my house and talk to me.
