Same Ways Care offer an exceptional care service. They were able to adapt quickly to the changing circumstances of my dad as his care needs changed. Their staff were always friendly, helpful and dedicated to ensure that my dad was comfortable at all times. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

All the carers are very professional and caring not only for my late husband but comfort for me, at a very sad time. The carers were very reliable and on time, never too much trouble to help with different jobs., also the night care were very professional, I could go to bed knowing that he was
in safe hands. I would certainly reccommend them them to anyone thinking of searching for home care services.

From start to finish the staff were kind, thoughtful and listened to our needs.As our needs changed the response time was superb and we always felt well support by you all.
Even office staff who supported us through claiming grants etc did so with speed and empathy. Honestly I can't thank you

I cannot speak highly enough about their care, professional and incredibly supportive. Their genuine, above and beyond care has helped me through an awful year, it covered more than just physical ailments and they work these for me.

I used Same Ways short-term for my mother, who lived with me and needed extra help with bathing and dressing in the mornings (she has since gone into a care home, following falls).
The staff were, without exception, friendly, kind, and professional. They were very chatty and really brought her
out of herself - she looked forward every morning to their arrival. They were also very punctual and, if they were ever going to be late, they would keep me informed. Nothing was ever too much trouble for them.
I would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

Same Ways Care provides day to day care for my grandmother, who has recently moved into the area. The members of staff are friendly, supportive and very helpful. They are punctual but let you know if running late for any reason. They go the extra mile to accommodate any request big or small. I would
highly recommend Same Ways Care to my friends. My grandma is super happy with their services.

Brilliant care team, lead by wonderful management,

Have had the support of Sameways for about a year and have only good things to say about them from office staff to the home care .
You always have the same carer not having the worry of not knowing who is going to turn up is a huge benefit.

This agency provides care for my mother. I am so grateful for all they do for her. They are professional at all times. They give my mother first class care and ensure her needs are met.. They are kind to her and my mother often relates something to me that the carers and her have enjoyed together
or has made her laugh or smile. This is heartwarming for me knowing that she is cared for so well.

I've only needed care for the last 6 months as I had an operation that went horribly wrong, I am a 54 year old woman who was very active, can't stress enough how totally amazing the ladies have been (I only have female carers as I need help washing) they go above and beyond on their visits and help
me keep my dignity ! have great listening ears and have made the whole experience of having carers a pleasurable one (as I was anti having a carer) they make me feel very relaxed and happy, I also have anxiety so I was very anxious when I 1st met my carer/carers but they soon put me at ease and I now look forward to my visits, also very experienced & professional,my transfers run very smoothly and I hasten to add make a great cup of tea..
Very happy !! if I had unfortunate enough family member or friend who required a carer I would certainly recommend Sameways..

Very High Turn Over of Staff, Poorly Managed and Training The Staff Spend More time on Administration in a visit than looking after Clients, Sexist There is a Culture of Woman's and Mans Work e,g washing and cleaning left for Women to do on the next visit!
No Staff Know how to use the admin system
not enough time between clients to cope with Oxford Traffic, then it's the clients who suffer as staff are left to work excessive hours. Spending time watching training videos to find out how to do the job in my and at my expense and in my flat. Because of very poor training of Sponsored Overseas Staff? WHO ARE EXPECTED TO UNDERSTAND DRUGS TAKEN AND RECORD EVERY DRUG INDIVIDUALY RATHER THAN TAKE OF PHOTO AND FILL IT IN IN COMPANY TIME NOT MINE! No Mims Or BNF No Supplements or Vitamins recorded.15 prescribed Tablets and its taking 15 minuets to explain and record. Every Visit. Care is being missed because of Very Poor Management and Delegation of Staff. Plus Very Disgruntled Staff.

They are always polite to me and always on time there very nice to me and gentle. I am always satisfied with the outcome.

The care team headed by the supervisor were all very diligent and caring. They were always thorough, caring, kind and on time. I would not hesitate to recommend the team and was sorry to see them go.

The manager and the team are very friendly and polite to us.
I still have not met some of Mum's carers but my elder brother has and has only said good things about them.
We also have the district nurses coming now thanks to the management.

My experience of Same Ways Care after my hip replacement operation was in every way positive. The care workers were all very kind and efficient and turned their hands to cleaning, pegging out washing, and ironing as readily as caring for me personally with ointments, moisturisers and other personal
care tasks. I could not recommend them more highly.

The personal care given by the team ensured our mother's remaining time spent at home with her family was dignified. All members of the team worked hard to provide our mother and our family with direct and easy access to questions and solutions when requested.

Whilst initially nervous about carers coming to help with my husband during the later stages of his palliative care, we were both given an unexpected boost by the Same Ways Care team that came to our assistance. The individual members of the team were all interesting, intelligent, thoughtful,
dedicated, kind, focussed, hardworking, reliable and in possession of a range of specialist nursing skills. It was a joy to get to know each other and made the morning visits a pleasure that set us up well for each day. Having a lead carer who came every single day was very special. It is with love and enormous gratitude that I thank the team for doing a fantastic job of looking after my husband and taking care of me too.

It is led from the front by the owner/manager of the care service. One day when they were short-staffed, and what care company is not short-staffed these days, the owner/manager came to our house herself early in the morning to wash and shower my wife. That is what I call a personal service.
When
we needed a carer for my wife as her dementia progressed, we joined Same Ways Care on the recommendation of a close friend who used them. She has been a highly respected nurse and health visitor. She really knew about standards of care! The two senior carers from Same Way who have looked after my wife are pure gold! They set an example that is difficult for others to emulate.
Thank you to the whole team.
I am only 90, but when decrepitude catches up, I'll be on the phone to Same Ways!
