Clarity Homecare is a very good provider. I manage my cousin's care from 225 miles away, so it is vital I commission a care agency who are totally reliable yet always contactable. They are kind, considerate and caring. My cousin is fairly challenging, but they manage him with empathy and dignity.

My review relates to my three years experience of working with Clarity. I switched to Clarity after very bad experiences with other care agencies. I have always found them to be friendly, approachable and highly responsive to our needs as a family. They consistently provide a high level of care and
carers. On the few occasions when we have had issues with carers, they have listened and taken appropriate action. I wholeheartedly recommend Clarity Homecare.
