We arranged for helping hands home care for my mum as I live 5 hours drive away. It's was important for us to have local care for mum. Alice came out to meet us and talked us through the care plan we needed and set everything up for us. The carers that have been taking care of mum have been
amazing, special shout out to Poppy, Jess and Sineta and Johnathan who mum really gets on well with. They always take time to chat with mum and ensure she has everything she needs and ensure she has her dinner prepared on the days they visit. Helping hands have also been really supportive and very adaptive to mum's needs, as she recently had her cataract surgery she needed extra care to help with administration of her drops and they pulled together a rota to be able to support. I'm so glad we found helping hands they really deliver a fantastic level of care and we are so please we have them looking after mum.thank you for everything you do.

Helping Hands were quick to respond to mum's changing care needs during and after a recent hospital stay. Alice and her team are caring, responsive and very professional in the services they provide. Mum and family have no hestitation in recommending Helping Hands and the care they provide. Nick G

I can wholeheartedly recommend Helping Hands. The team in Cosham are outstanding, they have enabled my dad to live independently in his own home and we are so grateful for their help and support. They have become like family and I can rely on their care and professionalism.

All carers treat mum with great respect, and nothing is too much trouble. Any concerns regarding mum are fed back to the office and prompt action is taken. Both carers and office staff go above and beyond to help in any way they can. I have nothing but praise for everyone involved in Mum's care.

I am satisfied with the Helping Hands company and have especially enjoyed meeting the carers, who have been very supportive. They have been both friendly and positive. I have appreciated their cheerful dispositions and their eagerness to please.

The care for our Mother has been excellent from the outset. Friendly, flexible and reliable. My mother has adapted quickly to the regular care visits and is now confident in the care and companionship they provide. This is a great reasurance to us.

I hired Helping Hands to provide daily visits to my elderly mother in her own home, who is recovering from a fall and needs some help administering her medication. The biggest problem was overcoming her resistance to getting any help, but the team did a great job with that. As a result, I now have
the reassurance that she is seen everyday, is okay, is warm, has food, and anything else she needs.
