The company has good hard working staff. They are genuine and care for their service users. I recommend it to any looking for caring services. You can get first class service and you can rest assured that your loved ones are in good hands.

All the staff members are amazing, they understand my mobility and are able to get what I need. The carers are understanding and are not judgemental when it comes to my situation. They can tell when I am not okay and always attend to my needs, I really appreciate that about them.

I would highly recommend the team. I needed emergency care assistance to support me supporting my mother following her discharge from hospital having suffered a broken scapular.
Mum, is a very private lady and fiercely independent so I knew asking for help and having carers coming into her home
would not be an easy task.
Speaking to the manager on the phone she assured me that she would come straight over the next working day to carry out a full assessment of Mum and take it from there.
Straight after the assessment the manager liaised with me and reassured me and confirmed carers could be put in place within 48 hours.
The carers were very good with Mum, always supporting her needs and seeing to it that her rehabilitation went smoothly. She got on with them very well.
Luckily Mum has now made a full recovery and the carers are no longer needed but I wouldn’t hesitate to have their kind help again should Mum need any additional support.

I cannot comment on management as I have never been introduced to any of them. I also wonder why the staff keep leaving, since I started using your carers there are only a few of the girls left. Everyone seems to have left. Why do you think that is? Could you please make sure the carers come between
eight o'clock and nine o'clock, not seven o'clock. Thank you.

The carers that come to my husband are all very good and if I ask them if they can come a little later they always try to do so.
