I assist a gentleman and his full-time carer as Secretary and Personal Assistant. I needed to find care for the gentleman when his full-time carer had a day off or annual leave - this was over six months ago. Not knowing where to start, I registered with an online directory. I received a number of
responses. I looked at the CQC and reviews for Vital Care and Support Ltd and made a telephone call. After speaking with the lady in charge of the organisation, she kindly visited the gentleman and carer with myself on a video call. I was immediately impressed with her care, patience, compassion and intuition. I truly felt this lady's career was her 'vocation' for someone who was not just there for the 'paycheque' at the end of the month but truly wanted to make a difference. The carers that have supported the gentleman and his full-time carer have all been incredibly kind and trained and clearly treat all those in their care with total respect, aim to please and do their very best. Thank you.
