We call the staff at Sentimex our angels! They cared for my dad when entering end of life with such care, compassion and professionalism. When he passed our mum became very ill so they continued the care for her and still do to this day. We are convinced that it's because of the fantastic care that
they provide, that she is perhaps the longest end of lifer!!! They are all so kind and show such dignity and respect for mum. All are so gentle with her and I can honestly say we couldn't ask for more in terms of this gold star service. They feel like part of the family now and mum's face lights up when she sees them. They provide us with 4 calls per day, and day and night sitting so we are able to ENJOY being with mum. Always on time, great communication with what is happening, and above all truely dedicated staff who always come into the house with lovely smiles no matter what they are faced with. I cannot recommend them enough and completely trust each and every one with our precious mum.

I cannot recommend Sentimex Care highly enough, the manager and her team provided palliative care for my wonderful Mum. They were all so warm and caring, with such dignity and respect for Mum. You could see they truly cared about their clients, we couldn’t have asked for better care for my precious
Mum during the last weeks of her life.

You started caring for my mum in December 2022, and the care and support you give my mum is special. She is a dementia patient, and you make her smile and are so patient with Mum and are supportive of me and Mum. Thank you once again.

We are very satisfied with the care my husband receives from this care agency. All carers come into the home like friends, which is nice when you are having two or four times a day, which does feel like an invasion at times, but due to their caring, friendly attitude, it makes it a lot easier. Time
never seems to be an issue; they do what is needed of them on the day/time they are there, even if this means staying a little longer. Nothing seems too much trouble for them; they are considerate and friendly to anyone else in the home when they come, including three young, cheeky grandchildren.
Any time I need to contact any of the managers, they speak to me like we are old friends, have a nice chat, and they sort out any queries I have promptly and efficiently.
I would be very upset if we had to change carers for any reason, as I feel that we are well cared for and feel very safe in their care.

We are very happy with the care that the carers are giving Mum. We can't thank them enough. They are pleasant people. We wouldn't be able to cope without their help. Mum gets all the help and care she needs, and nothing is to much trouble for them. Can't praise them enough.

I would recommend Sentimex to anyone who is looking for compassionate and caring individuals to care for their family members. All the ladies are friendly and welcoming to those they look after. They are more like family than carers.

I cannot recommend these people enough. My mum is 'end of life', and they have been looking after her since the beginning of January. The care and dignity with which they treat her are fantastic, and nothing is ever too much trouble.
They are reliable and regularly go over and above when Mum is
struggling.
Mum now thinks of them as her best friends, and I cannot thank them enough for everything they do.

We have been using Sentimex as a care provider for mum since she came out of the hospital in January 2022. All the carers have been very professional, caring and sociable. The communication has been outstanding; they have gone above and beyond our expectations. I would highly recommend them to
anyone.

I am extremely happy with the care you have/are providing for my wife and provide a great service at these sad times for me. The carers are very helpful, considerate and knowledgeable about their work and very sociable; I can't praise them enough there are lovely and kind.
