Sentimex Care

We call the staff at Sentimex our angels! They cared for my dad when entering end of life with such care, compassion and professionalism. When he passed our mum became very ill so they continued the care for her and still do to this day. We are convinced that it's because of the fantastic care that they provide, that she is perhaps the longest end of lifer!!! They are all so kind and show such dignity and respect for mum. All are so gentle with her and I can honestly say we couldn't ask for more in terms of this gold star service. They feel like part of the family now and mum's face lights up when she sees them. They provide us with 4 calls per day, and day and night sitting so we are able to ENJOY being with mum. Always on time, great communication with what is happening, and above all truely dedicated staff who always come into the house with lovely smiles no matter what they are faced with. I cannot recommend them enough and completely trust each and every one with our precious mum.

You started caring for my mum in December 2022, and the care and support you give my mum is special. She is a dementia patient, and you make her smile and are so patient with Mum and are supportive of me and Mum. Thank you once again.

I would be very upset if we had to change carers for any reason, as I feel that we are well cared for and feel very safe in their care.

We are very happy with the care that the carers are giving Mum. We can't thank them enough. They are pleasant people. We wouldn't be able to cope without their help. Mum gets all the help and care she needs, and nothing is to much trouble for them. Can't praise them enough.

I would recommend Sentimex to anyone who is looking for compassionate and caring individuals to care for their family members. All the ladies are friendly and welcoming to those they look after. They are more like family than carers.
