Cera Blackburn have been supporting my Mum for the last 3/4 years. My mum has complex physical and mental health needs and other care agencies have struggled to manage her care. The Management Team have always gone out of their way to provide consistent and familiar carers that she can relate to
and that can help her to engage and cooperate with the personal care that they need to provide. My mum sees the carers as her friends and she looks forward to their visits, they chat with her and make her laugh and all of them go out of their way to provide person centred care to her and make sure that all her care needs are met under difficult circumstances. They go above and beyond what is expected of them. I have worked in Adult Social Care for many years as a Social Worker and worked closely with numerous care agencies and I have to say that in my experience Cera Care Blackburn are excellent.

I am very happy with the carers. They all work hard for us. It just the office staff. I wish they would look after the girls better. Some work all day with no brakes. That is not on. I get on well with all the girls.
