Excellent Team. Responsive. Good communication. Kind patient carers who are often up against challenging circumstances where their customer has fluctuating mental capacity. Thank you for keeping our parent safe especially this past 6 months where it was becoming increasingly stressful to keep them

After experiencing dire care companies in the past, IMeUs HealthCare are head and shoulders above the rest. Happy staff leads to happy clients. The friendly, family feel of the company makes it easy to raise and ask questions. The professionalism and above-and-beyond care provided makes care a
pleasure. I am no longer filled with anxiety, I no longer check rotas to dread who is coming to a call, they have been a very welcomed relief and always a pleasure to have in my home.

I would not recommend iMeUs Healthcare as they dump care and support packages on vulnerable adults and the care manager walks on vulnerable autistic adults.
And they cancelled calls on vulnerable people half an hour before the care call too.
The management has no clue on mental health or complex
needs too. As what they say is not true at all.
