After experiencing dire care companies in the past, IMeUs HealthCare are head and shoulders above the rest. Happy staff leads to happy clients. The friendly, family feel of the company makes it easy to raise and ask questions. The professionalism and above-and-beyond care provided makes care a pleasure. I am no longer filled with anxiety, I no longer check rotas to dread who is coming to a call, they have been a very welcomed relief and always a pleasure to have in my home.

I would not recommend iMeUs Healthcare as they dump care and support packages on vulnerable adults and the care manager walks on vulnerable autistic adults.
And they cancelled calls on vulnerable people half an hour before the care call too.

As an organisation we endeavour to support all those that need our help in independent living and to date, we are very proud of our work ethos which is backed by people's reviews and feedback. We welcome any complaints and would ask that if anyone is dissatisfied with our services to contact us to allow a full complaints procedure that we would be happy to investigate with public findings.
