Very pleased with everything so far.

A very positive experience from the outset. A warm, person centred care agency who put client needs above administrative details. My mum has been very happy with the care provided, which has been consistent, patient and kind. The same carer arrives punctually at the agreed times, giving mum the
support and routine that she needs. This consistency helps her feel safe and secure. Communication is very good, if the carers are concerned they immediately contact me.

I am happy with Mum's care, she is treated with respect and kindness, the carers Mum has are on time and any changes that I ask them to do they are happy to do it. In the short time we have had carers my mum feels a lot more safe and looked after.

An excellent agency with superb staff. The two ladies who come in turn to see my mother treat her like a mother figure. They are polite, loving and very respectful. They remembered her birthday and even bought her a gift. Amazing! Thank you.

From the very first meeting with a lady from "Ency Care" I felt relief that finally I was going to be cared for properly and in the way I wanted. The carers are reliable and I know who I am going to get each day. The carers listen to my needs and requests and we have a laugh most days. I feel
uplifted and refreshed by their presence which I never felt before. "Thank you Ency Care"

On their first visit, the two female carers came with a male chaperone. I was very impressed by this. I've never had carers before and the carers shared useful information with us about things to buy i.e. disposable bed sheets and dry wipes. They were very happy to follow my existing routine as much
as possible, the big difference being that they used a hoist to lift me but normally my husband would lift me. They were always cheerful and punctual. Although this was an experience I was dreading, it all worked out well in the end.

Initial assessment was very informative of the services that Ency Care provide terms and conditions are very clear and fair to the service user.

Ency Care provided top-class support to my father during the last few months of his life. They provided the same carers every day, twice a day. Both carers were delightful – extremely helpful, kind, imaginative, efficient and reliable.
They even bought birthday and Christmas presents for my
father! They were great fun and always brought smiles to our faces, which was greatly appreciated. Bravo, Ency Care! I would thoroughly recommend them.

Ency care has been providing care and support for us since September 2021. I cannot thank them enough for helping my wife make an amazing recovery and continue to support her and myself. They have provided live-in care, personal care, and housework. Always on time and fun and friendly, and become
good friends.

Usually, turn up on time, but if running late they do inform.
Head carer is a Nurse so quite knowledgeable, some difficulty initially with the Electric chair and Hoist but willing to learn so over time not a problem.
Courteous respectful attitude and willing to go the extra mile should it be
required.
No timesheet provided, but this is not a problem because they only leave when the job is completed.

Very disappointed with this company. Started the contact in January 2022. All was well to start but things started to decline. No timesheet or log-in book was left on premises despite several requests. Could not guarantee that the hours stated were those that were actually worked. A very bad
attitude which our relative was not happy with. We, therefore, made a decision in May to change care providers. I would not recommend this company hence the rating of 2.

I am happy with Mum's care, she is treated with respect and kindness, the carers Mum has are on time and any changes that I ask them to do they are happy to do it. In the short time we have had carers my mum feels a lot more safe and looked after.
