View Full Details of Bluebird Care WolverhamptonBluebird Care have looked after my mum for a couple of years, starting with 4 daily visits and then moving onto live-in care following a serious fall. Mum has been suffering with dementia and has problems with balance. In general the carers have been very calm, patient and professional and the management team have been responsive when I have called them with any concerns. They were very reassuring, and very willing to help. The team have worked very hard to keep mum safe and well in her own home, despite mum's wishes to manage by herself and unwillingness to accept that she couldn't. The monitoring systems are very effective, and I was confident that all medication was given as required. Live-in care was hard work but they kept going and formed a bond with mum, sometimes even making her laugh.
We have been pleased with the care my mum has received over the last year. Carers are very pleasant and helpful. They have established good relationships with her. The management try to maintain a rota of regular carers for mum on a regular basis which is essential for someone with dementia. They respond quickly to requests for changes to care plan or medication and have good monitoring systems. They contact me with any queries maintaining a good level of communication.
Very good communication between all parties concerned. Carers very attentive and willing to take note of what is being asked of them by the person they are caring for. Nothing too much trouble. Times that have been requested are adhered to.
Bluebird Care is employed to look after my parents. My mother is unable to walk and suffers from dementia. The carers manage both my parents with great sensitivity and respect, they are very reliable and caring and have always been approachable and helpful and put my parents first when supporting them to live in their own home. The managers and office staff are very supportive and approachable. They deliver an excellent service.
The carers are always polite and on time. My father-in-law isn't always the easiest person to deal with but they have always treated him well. Communication with the office is very good. If they feel there is an issue, they will always call me, which I'm grateful for. Thank you for your commitment to my father-in-law.
Excellent service. The carers are very nice. The only issue I have is the lack of training of the newer caregivers but overall they are quite good.
My mom has vascular dementia and is new to having personal care from someone other than me. All of the carers have been exceptional with Mom and the care and understanding from all staff and management has been first-class.
Very caring, attentive, responsive, engaged and professional service. Very much more than just the essential processes - nicely blended with the personal touch. Very relatable to staff - both in the office and the carers themselves.
I would recommend Bluebird Care Wolverhampton to anyone looking for support for their loved one. Care staff are so kind and nothing is too much trouble. They treat my friend with the utmost dignity and always ensure he is happy before leaving. Communication with the management team is excellent - again, nothing is too much trouble. If an issue arises, the management team goes above and beyond to rectify it. I am happy that my friend is getting the best possible care from Bluebird Care Wolverhampton.

I cannot fault any one of your carers, they do the job and go the extra mile. I can’t fault anybody that has been here, thank you they do their job and do it right.
Very satisfied with service. Carers very friendly and caring. They don't rush Mum and are able to use their own initiative to do any tasks around the house. Would recommend.
