We are very pleased with the care that your company carries out for my husband
The four gentlemen who attend my husband do and excellent job. They are thoughtful, very kind and very professional.
They are very smart, clean and tidy, which means a lot these days
They are always on time and always
smiling, with a pleasant greeting
I have told the our local council of this, they were very pleased
It was nice to have visit from the manager, a very nice lady.

We couldn't have asked for anything better when arranging home care for my mother. Members of the management team visited my mother's house personally. They are kind, warm and welcoming. They took their time to explain everything clearly to my mother and all the family present at the time.
Care
started a few days after the initial assessment visit, it could have started the next day if we had required it.
Since care started, we have been kept informed after each visit by a personal care plan that is left with my mother. Communication is very good, care plans, email responses, and telephone calls are returned promptly, all good.
Carers are kind and helpful, they arrive on time and stay for the allocated time helping out with chores that weren't even on the care plan.
Payment for care received is quick and simple, invoiced on time enabling payment on time. I would highly recommend Divine Healthcare Solutions to anyone in need of exceptional personal home care. Thank you to all the team.
