The staff at Relax Care are very supportive of our needs. When the carers have visited my son, they have cooked the meals he likes and are very friendly and helpful. They are never rushed and always have time for a quick chat before going onto their next call. We would definitely recommend them.

My mum has had Relax Care caring for her for approx 2 years. I cannot speak highly enough of them. She is treated with respect as they attend to her needs. They are always courteous and friendly .
If I have any need to speak the Relax care, I know that I can call them at any time and they keep me
updated too. The App means that I know how mum is even though I don't see her.
They are a great team and I'm glad we have them looking after my mum.

Staff and manager are really friendly, helpful, amazing and always understanding if we need to change time day or anything and they really look after my mum really good and take really care of my mum and always support her if she need hlep with anything

When my mother had her POC approved, as a family we were a little apprehensive about others providing care for her. However, from the moment we met with the Registered Manager our worries disappeared. From the introduction visit as part of his assessment to present he has been compassionate,
professional and committed to ensuring that mum receives the best care.
The care team allocated to her have the same qualities and this I feel truly demonstrates a culture of professionalism and a desire to deliver high quality care.
The Registered manager maintains regular contact with me and I find the communication system such a reassuring way of me keeping up to date with mums support.
Last month the carer carried out his Regulation 73 visit and his engagement with mum was really lovely. I felt he was listening to her and taking on board all the feedback she had
The team of carers are kind, caring and mum feels safe and happy in their care.

Very happy with the quality of care provided by the Relax carers coming in to help my mother over the past year. Even thou my mother's hard of hearing and language barrier presented an obstacle the visiting carer staff worked professionally to carry out their tasks to my mother's satisfaction. The
Registered Manager and his office team have been helpful aswell. Making adjustments to the carer when needed.

I think the girls are very kind and helpful and will do all that I require. I am having difficulty understanding them due to their language and pronunciation and they speak so quietly and I have a slight hearing impairment. They roll their words into each sentence. I am very grateful to have them
and appreciate their care and commitment. Thank you.

Excellent staff care and service. Carers are always polite and reliable making mum's life in her own home as easy as possible. Overall the Relax Care team are very helpful. The main thing is mum is happy with her care.

Excellent service, no problems with the care received by Mum from the care staff. Office staff are very helpful and efficient. Nice that senior carers stay involved with the clients. Excellent communication between all staff and family.

As soon as staff became sufficient, the same three carers, who are very good, became regular and we are now friends. The management is excellent, as shows in the carers' practices. Nothing seems to worry them. Can always contact if needed.

They’re very prompt every day. Very attentive and extremely friendly. They take an interest in things. They usually remember how mum likes things, eg preferred mug for tea. They’re also very patient doing tasks eg washing and dressing. Mum enjoys their company and often talks about them.

Good and reliable. Nearly always on time and very friendly and efficient. Overall, I have no complaints and hold the staff in the highest regard for their manner and work rate. Very friendly and caring.

The service provided to my father-in-law has been excellent. He has often remarked how nice the carers are and he appears very relaxed in their company. He has never complained about any aspect of the care he has received which means that we are reassured that he is in good hands and getting the
care he needs. Occasionally a change in time of attendance has been requested by the care provider and we have always been consulted to ensure that this was agreeable. We have been kept in the loop regarding his care and if any further help is required. Very happy with care provided and the level of contact maintained.

My mother has been a client of Relax Care for over a year. During this time Mum has been treated as a person and respected. Whereas before she did very little with herself and family members had to be on hand to care for her. As the previous agency didn't supply the same amount of care. Now Mum
enjoys life. The carers have patience with her. Even sitting playing games or in the garden with Mum. Relax Care has just made a promotion video of Mum and a carer. I recommend that you watch it.

The whole team at Relax Care have been a godsend for myself, nothing is too much trouble they will try and help in any way they can and if not they will help point you to someone who can. The carers are friendly, engaging, professional and are extremely caring to my mum even when she is in a very
challenging mood, they understand the complexities of my mum's mental and physical health more so than her medical professionals as they have worked closely with her and myself over this last year and I would recommend the team to anyone.

My daughter started using home care in November 2022. She has amazing carers (or personal assistants) who we think very highly of. Our experience has been perfect. Staff are caring, understanding and patient. My daughter is always ready at the door, she is so excited waiting for the staff to arrive.
We are very happy with Relax Care and would highly recommend them.

Very pleased with the service provided. Carers are excellent they look after my mother-in-law with care and dignity and give her the support she needs. I am kept very well informed of her care and when necessary contacted to discuss her care.

We are very happy with this care provider. My daughter loves going out on the days she goes and loves the staff who take her out. She has done a lot of what she used to do, she goes bowling, jump, technique quest, cinema and on walks etc.

They are amazing and try and help you if there is a problem. The carers are good, they do their job well. The managers and boss are great, they sort out problems right away and they do sometimes tell you if there is a change in staff.
