Outstanding care and also their to help when cover is needed. Always on time and very thoughtful to the service users ensuring little things like putting nightwear on radiator at tea time ready to be warm for bed visit. I would definitely recommend this home care thanks to all the staff and

We are very happy with the friendly, responsive and flexible response Helto provided for our family at a time of crisis. Nothing was too much trouble and they really alleviated a lot of stress and worry for us. We definitely recommend Helto as a service.

I find this Care Company absolutely excellent, they don't just give the ordinary service but they go beyond that, an extra mile.
I found the staff well trained and they show respect, dignity and equality of care they provide to me.
They encourage my independence but yet at the same time they have
supported me and educated me on things like writing letters, computer stuff and my security using the devices.
I find being around them extremely safe, especially on medication and personal care.
I can certainly recommend Helto Support Care Agency to anyone.

Absolutely amazing I have had loads of care agencies looking after me before Helto Support looking after me and Helto Support is the best by far nothing is ever too much trouble. The care I receive is absolutely amazing I feel loved and content with the carers I have looking after me.

The girls that come to see my mum are very helpful and honest. They take her out to the cinema, beach park. Took her on the tram to Fleetwood. She is quite bad with depression and the girls help her out of it, they make her laugh and they are good company for her. Her depression is getting better
since she has been out with the girls. The girls always ask if they can do anything for me. They will make me tea and help with household chores.

I would just like to say that Helto Support delivered outstanding care to my mother, the two wonderful ladies who came were absolutely amazing they chatted and had a laugh with Mum and nothing was too much trouble. My mum has had other care providers and I was losing faith in the care system but
Helto Support really restored this I would definitely recommend them. My mother sadly passed away on Saturday but finally had the care she deserved. Thank you so very much.

I have been with Helto Support since May this year. The care I receive is the best. My carers and the management are all excellent. They help me so much and go above and beyond what they need to do. They are very caring and kind.
Before being with Helto I had had other care providers who were
nowhere near as good as these.
When I was in hospital they even rang me to see how I was.

Helto Support came on board following previous care companies trying to pull out from the start, they provided care required and have given help, advice, comfort and reassurance that they would manage the complex care required for both parents. The have accommodated both my parent's needs without
question and for that I/we are grateful.

I'm the husband of the client. My wife is receiving care. The care she's received has been fantastic, I couldn't have asked for any better for my wife.
The carers themselves are very courteous and listen to what you have to say and they also give you advice. They care for my wife like she's their
own which puts your mind at rest and they do everything they can above and beyond.

The staff at Helto Support have been caring for both of my parents. They have been kind to all of us. They are very hardworking and willing to listen to my preferences in the way things are done. I have come to know and like the small group of carers who have been allocated to us. I am so grateful
for their help. I could not manage without them.

Excellent service from all carers that are caring for my mum in my home. Absolute life savers, they are respectful, polite and thorough with the care they provide. They retain my mum's dignity at all times and are very sympathetic to her needs. I cannot praise them enough for the outstanding care
they provide to Mum which has enabled me to carry on working.

The carers that visited my mother-in-law during her illness were the most wonderful people that I have met in a very long time. Their care and dedication were fantastic, and they were a credit to Helto Support. Each day you could see their care and dedication that was given to her, however, not just
to her but to us as well.

I don’t think I can find the words to express how grateful and satisfied me and my family are for the care that’s been provided to my gran by the amazing carers at Helto Support. As well as the support they give to us as a family. It is beyond anything I ever expected. The care and attention they
show and provide to my Gran is just excellent. Specifically the Manager and the Director, they go above and beyond. Thank you so much again. No amount of stars can show or explain how amazing you are!

We were extremely pleased with the care provided to Mum in June this year. The staff were always very courteous, caring, and willing to help in any way possible. The staff were very punctual and fully informed us of the care they had provided would highly recommend them.

My mother has dementia and COPD, and she has received excellent service I can not fault. The carers are very reliable, respectful and lovely. The carers go above and beyond. I would definitely recommend this service.
