An excellent service provided by a wonderful team of carers. Nothing is too much trouble. Prompt replies to emails and requests. I would have no problem recommending them to others. We have been very satisfied with everything from day one.

Both the carers and the office staff are lovely. I can hear the carers talking to my dad which is great. They all also have time for mum and will do anything around the house, which she is so grateful for. I work care agencies in my job so can see that the carers and the staff supporting them are
trained to a high standard, delivery compassionate and thoughtful care.

We cannot recommend or praise this organisation highly enough. From the assessment and scheduling to admin, right through to the amazing caring team that came to look after our Aunt and delivered care of the highest quality. Everything was done as soon as requested and not only did we think it but
our Aunt herself said she felt so at ease, nothing too much trouble and everyone was so respectful and conscientious in their delivery. Standards top notch too. Home Instead GENUINELY care. Special thanks MUST go to a specific few members of staff and the fantastic team. My auntie loved you all and all you did. We are so thankful and grateful to you all.

The carers who come to the house are very helpful and pleasant to have a chat with. They cook for my father-in-law and clean for him. He is very happy with the service. It is also beneficial for his relatives as it gives us peace of mind.

From the manager calling to assess my brother throughout the time we used this service, I was totally satisfied. The friendly carers who went the extra mile to be helpful and caring towards my brother who had mobility issues so relied on them so much. The team where always professional in all
aspects of their work and when I went on holiday I had to rely on them to assist my brother, and they did with their kindness towards him and that meant a lot to me as well as my brother. I would thoroughly recommend Home Instead (Nottingham Central & West Bridgford) every time for hard work, kindness and professionalism.

The day Home Instead (Nottingham Central & West Bridgford) live-in care service started for Mum changed her life and mine. They've bent over backwards to match carers to my Mum's personality and needs. Sometimes a match doesn't work out so well - that's inevitable - and they instantly respond to
that to find a better. Mum (in her 96th year) is now very settled with her two main carers, hugely improved in terms of her anxiety to the extent that happiness has returned into her life. I feel we've got my Mum back from a nightmare of panic and anxiety, and my husband and I who live so far away from her have got our lives back also. I'm not now responsible for her every need, emotional, physical and practical, from a distance, as the brilliant live-in carers look after her so compassionately and well that when I talk to Mum daily we now have good conversations about things she's doing and enjoying, like the jigsaws and occasional little walks and trips to the park, or about things we both remember. Wonderful at all levels.

Home Instead have been wonderful. We needed urgent care for my Dad who has dementia and mobility issues. Home Instead were extremely efficient and professional and organised live-in care very quickly for us. We had three carers in total and each one was very kind, efficient and went above and beyond
their duties. We would highly recommend them and use them again if we need to.

All the carers from Home Instead were professional, punctual and charming. It was a pleasure to meet them and my father appreciated their visits and company - they provide more than a care service: they also became 'friends' with my father and my brother and I were reassured by their presence,
which enabled Dad to be at home - his greatest wish. Thank you.

I have found Home Instead to be very caring and supportive of my Dad. They are quick and efficient with their jobs but still find time to have a chat. It gives our family peace of mind knowing he has kind and helpful carers popping in.

Home Instead have been excellent. This type of care only works if the carers and the 'patient' gel. Home Instead were happy to make sure that this was the case and this ensured that my father was totally comfortable with the carers, visits and care administered.
Everyone we met or dealt with at
Home Instead were helpful, thoughtful and totally focused on making things as good as they could be for my father.
From my point of view, it lifted a weight off my shoulders. I knew that my father was happy, but also any small errands like picking up some milk or a prescription were also sorted without my having to make a 40 mile round trip.
The 'App' was hugely helpful as it enabled me to see the report from every visit and could see how my father was that day. It was also a great way to make sure that I had passed over all the information on tasks that needed to be undertaken as they are listed and checked off in the visit report.

Very satisfied so far with the care our relative receives. They look forward to the carers visits and have, with the carers help, been able to get out more than usual. It is enabling them to remain in the familiar surroundings of their own home, which at the moment is important.

I couldn't have managed without them as when they started. I couldn't get out of bed they were very caring and nothing was too much trouble. I would definitely recommend them to people and it's nice to know they are there to call on.
