My mother has been using Ivy Grace Home Care Ltd for nearly 2 years and we both are very happy with the care received. My mother has a good relationship with all the staff, even when they have to keep reminding her of their name. They are all lovely, friendly but always professional. Although we only have rwo short visits a day, Mum enjoys the chat and hearing all the news.

The care that my dad receives from Ivy Grace care is amazing. The carers not only look after my dad really well, they also support my mum with being his carer. They are all kind and friendly. A special thanks goes to Lesley who brightens up my parents day with her positivity and kindness.

The carers who come to see my mother-in-law are so friendly and show they care. Nothing is too much trouble from taking her to the Doctor's appointments, shopping or just popping in to check on her. Great team. Thank you.

I can't thank these carers enough for the way they look after me. They have been looking after me for a year now. Their visits really lift me especially when they bring in cake. They feel and treat me like family. I have no problem asking them to do anything for me whether it's personal care, taking me to appointments or shopping. Can't praise them enough.

I had cared for my mother for 4 years and it was getting too much. I was recommended Ivy Grace and have not been disappointed. Carers have generally been prompt, kind, considerate and very helpful. I would recommend them to anyone who needs care.

What can l say about such caring ladies. My mother-in-law's care is difficult but every day they arrive smiling. She looks forward to their visits. Nothing is too much trouble for them and their knowledge and recommendations is spot on. Totally trustworthy. Thank you.

From the first phone call to Ivy Grace Home Care, I knew I'd made the right choice. They listened to my concerns and the needs of my mum. Care was put in place to start and Mum ended up in hospital. I had to cancel them at short notice and they were so understanding and accommodating. When Mum came out of hospital they were there for her immediately. They treat my mum with care and dignity, as well as being so friendly and helpful. They are great at keeping me updated too. I can't recommend this company enough.

Ivy Grace Homecare are providing outstanding care to my mother within her home. They are always very reliable, considerate and professional whilst caring for my mother. They treat her with respect and kindness. If necessary they work past the allocated time in order to make sure the job is done. I thoroughly recommend this company.

I joined Ivy Grace a few months ago, and this has been my best decision to join this team, why? Because they do their best to try and maintain my independence, I am wheelchair-bound and need full personal care. I love my garden, and they help me with watering my plants, picking the fruits off my trees and repotting some plants. I also like to be involved with preparing my meals, and they are my helping hands. And they keep my pet dog happy as well by providing a dog walking service. Thank you, Ivy Grace, for maintaining my independence.

Excellent service, easy to contact and always happy to help. The care and understanding shown is very much appreciated. The team are very aware of individual needs and go above and beyond to fulfil these. Wonderful carers that we would highly recommend.
