reliable, caring and friendly team of ladies that look after my Mum. gives us peace of mind that her personal hygiene is maintained and that she has someone lovely to chat to and it gives my elderly father a break from caring for my Mum who has dementia.

From initial contact with Caremark I have found the staff to be extremely responsive to my mother's needs. The staff are very friendly, supportive and efficient and my mum has nothing but praise for them. The team was able to help out at short notice to cover when mum's needs changed and I was able to leave her, confident in the knowledge that she would be well cared for and all her needs met. I can highly recommend Caremark as a care provider.

I highly recommend Caremark. The team are professional, attentive, kind, caring, proactive and go above and beyond to ensure our 91 year old father is safe, happy and well. Care assistants have made huge efforts to ensure our father feels valued and respected, by listening and responding to his requests, by cooking tempting meals and by sitting and chatting with him. They have gained his trust and respect and have built a positive and productive relationship with him. The team manager is outstanding in all that she does from care visits, to dealing with us as clients, and seems able to resolve any crisis - and always with a smile! Communication is excellent. We are informed the moment there is an issue, and our questions and concerns, however small, are addressed promptly. As our result, our father's quality of life has improved greatly. Thank you to everyone at Caremark.

We have been very impressed with the care provided, staff are kind, thoughtful and treat the client with respect and dignity. Organization is great and they are always so accommodating with any changes we need to make.

The Caremark team is professional, personable and responsive. They combine attention to detail with a friendly approach and pay due attention to client preferences. The carers reflect experience with a genuine concern for client wellbeing and a flexible response to daily needs.

Very kind, friendly staff, deal with my dad's needs very well. We have a carer every morning who gets Dad up, washed and dressed very efficiently, chats nicely to him which is a great comfort to Mum. We would recommend to anyone else needing care.

From the very detailed and well-pitched initial assessment in my Dad's home to the communication throughout the whole process, we have been pleased with the service provided. The management style is very responsive, flexible, kind, and efficient, and most importantly the carers are respectful and compassionate. Would certainly recommend it.

Their help was invaluable, it enabled me to rest my foot after surgery. I’m a full-time caregiver for my husband and the first 8 weeks after surgery my daughter and son-in-law moved in to lighten the load. We used Caremark for two weeks after they left to break me back into caring for my husband. We had them cook our evening meals which were delicious and the kitchen was left spotless. Would recommend this service, we accessed via careers support.

I find this service most helpful, it gives me the freedom to do what I need and confidence that I can leave my spouse in good hands. My spouse is happy and likes the lady's company and he chats with her, he doesn’t know her but she is a familiar face and pleased it’s the same lady.

Companionship was arranged for my elderly mother. The field care supervisor visited and Mum had a detailed assessment of her needs. I was very impressed with the professionalism and how detailed the assessment was completed for Mum's needs. Caremark Ashford and Shepway want to give peace of mind to the client's family to ensure that the client is well-matched with the carer who visits. Mum has had visits by both carer and managers on occasions to ensure that things are going smoothly with the client. They are an exceptional care company who really pride on the services which they offer and genuinely care for both clients and families. I would highly recommend.

My sister and I needed to arrange urgent care for our father after a fall. They responded extremely promptly and have been brilliant in keeping us informed of what’s going on. They have also been very professional and sensitive when dealing with our mother who has moderate dementia. It has certainly been reassuring to us both as we don’t live nearby. We are very happy with the relationship that is developing between the staff and our parents and cannot thank them enough.

I was getting increasingly worried about my 87-year-old Dad living on his own. He was needing more TLC than I could give him and I did not know where to turn. I rang Caremark and had a chat. After a meeting with them at Dad's home I could sense my Dad's acceptance of change immediately - something that never happens, so knew he was comfortable, which is obviously critical. I also felt a massive weight lifted from me, and having had the care in place for a couple of weeks now I already feel like I am returning to being a daughter. The team are brilliant - friendly, professional, kind and communicative. I would recommend anyone who is worried about a relative to contact Caremark. The first step is the hardest, but I am so glad to have found them.

Caremark provide a caring and helpful service for my mum, enabling her to maintain her independence at home by helping with dinner preparation and personal care. I would recommend them to others as a very professional team.

Caremark have been asked to sit with Mum two afternoons a week for a few weeks. The carers have arrived on time and been very pleasant and engaging with Mum. This cover has enabled me to have a break, knowing Mum (ninety years old) is being assisted and looked after. We are hoping to employ Caremark to look after Mum on a more permanent basis once the care package has been authorised.

Excellent supervisor support, who has coped brilliantly with my mother who has advanced dementia. Very patient, kind and supportive. It has also helped me enormously to have some much needed relief from supporting Mum.

I can not praise this service enough; they have been a breath of fresh air from the other care services that my dad has had. I live two hundred miles away, and it’s been a relief to know that my dad is now being cared for. This service has gone above and beyond to help and support my dad. It’s been a pleasure to find a company that always works in the best interest of my dad. This is a five-star company.

Caremark is doing an amazing job caring for my brother. They are kind, caring and committed. It’s always a pleasure to have them around. The girls are friendly but professional and have made the change in care providers for him a very smooth transition. We would definitely recommend Caremark!

My dad started having carers from April, he has dementia. From the start, they got to know him and adapt a personnel care plan to suit all his needs. The assessment was brilliant where they made sure they got to know Dad, his likes, dislikes and what his life has been like, hobbies, jobs and even his favourite football team, so they always have something to chat to him about. They always have a smile and Dad always looks forward to seeing them We cannot fault the professional standard of Caremark. Brilliant timekeeping, priority in making sure Dad stays safe, a caring and willing to help in anyway team. Recommend 100%.

Very pleased with the care received from all the staff at Caremark. All the help received for my husband was done with care and dignity, he loves joking around with them, even though it's his own little world. Enjoy having their help to give me a break knowing he's in safe hands. I would strongly recommend Caremark for anyone needing help.

The Caremark cleaners who have been to my home have been very professional, very caring and kind. When cleaning they have ensured my son is safe as he is relearning to walk after major trauma. They have checked on him very kindly, although this is not their main purpose, and whether he is having a good or bad day, they are caring and professional. He looks forward to their visit as I work full-time and it breaks up his day. He is still quite housebound at present so having someone he can trust and is happy to have a quick chat with is good for him. Their standard of work is very good and they always check I am satisfied and they have left a record of what they have done every week. I would highly recommend them.
