I am so grateful for the care and support you gave Margaret and myself, your carers have been excellent, and your management has been excellent too. We are very happy with the service that you provided for mum, keeping her fed and watered, clean and tidy, healthy and happy. She liked you all very
much. I thank you for letting me know what she needed, contacting me for any concerns that you had with her. I wasn't always able to get to mums everyday but I had peace of mind that you were there for her. Also you were in touch with the surgery which was a big help. Thanks again for all that you have done for us.

All staff from management, admin and carers are highly professional in all aspects of their services . They certainly live up to the title of the company and provide an excellent service. They are very respectful and caring, treating clients like family. The carers have become an extension of our
family and we couldn't care for our loved one at home without their support.
They go the extra mile and nothing is beyond their ability and service.
We are so grateful for all they bring and for all they do.
We highly recommend Excellent Healthcare services.

I broke my hip and was given 4 weeks of reablement services. Excellent Healthcare was allocated for my care. I couldn't ask for more. From start to finish, everything went well. The service has been brilliant. I will miss seeing my carers every morning. Thanks to the manager for checking on me every
week. I have regained my independence now but will surely use your service again if needed.

My mum is happy with her carers. If mum is happy, then so are we. The carers are not only professional but also compassionate, making a real difference in her daily life. We feel grateful for the excellent support and care provided by the team at Excellent Healthcare Services.

Excellent Healthcare have been looking after my aunt with a live in are for a year. With her age and medical conditions my aunt isn't always the easiest person to deal with, but her carer is always patient. She makes sure she takes her meds and foods, her clothes are washed and ironed transport is
organised to take her doctors appointments etc, and now her home is always clean and tidy. The whole team at Excellent Health are kind and professional and I thank them for all they do.

My father and mother were both suddenly unable to look after themselves. My sister and I live overseas and had to quickly arrange care from a distance. We called Excellence Healthcare randomly. From that first phone call they were kind, responsive, professional and very effective. I have never
before found a service to be so quick to respond and so effective. Our situation became quite fluid/chaotic as my mother went into hospital and never returned. Initially, my father needed assistance from one healthcare worker a day to three visits a day and we added on services at pace as he deteriorated. Excellence Healthcare responded with flexibility to our situation and also supported my sister and me as we managed our emotional journey to look after our parents. I will never be able to express how grateful we are to Excellence Healthcare and its team - they were quite simply amazing. Ever grateful.

I was impressed with Excellence Healthcare's professionalism and the level of true care provided to my elderly parents. Excellence Healthcare associates and carers responded immediately and set actions in motion, upon receiving our urgent request for a daily caregiver for my father. I will be
forever grateful.

I have been with my carer for long and this is very professional. My carer is very skilled, knows exactly what I want and respect my choices. I am very grateful for what they do for me. The management always call me and visit me to make sure that everything is ok. I can't thank this company enough.
I am happy with my carer and all the carers that come to look after me when my carer is on holiday. I recommend this company to anyone looking for care.

I am pleased with Excellence Healthcare Services Ltd. The staff are friendly and personable. They are sympathetic and they know how to care for my mum. Whenever anything needs to be adjusted the team is fast to respond. I would definitely recommend Excellence Healthcare Services Ltd to anyone out
there who needs care for their loved one.

Excellence Healthcare have been looking after my husband for the last 10 months. Our experience with them is truly excellent and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a home care provider. The caregivers are incredibly attentive, highly skilled, professional and kind, tailoring their
approach to meet my husband's unique and complicated needs. The communication with the Staff and Management in the office is second to none - friendly, professional, clear, open, and genuinely caring. Care workers and staff go above and beyond and I know that my husband is receiving the best care possible. Thank you to everyone working there, we feel very lucky to have found you.

My mum with dementia received excellent service from the team at Excellence Healthcare Services. They were attentive to both our mothers and our needs and special thanks must go to her carer who was outstanding. Both of her two other carers also deserve a mention for all their efforts to manage our
expectations which they did. We wish this care company the very best in all their endeavours.
