We started using Bloomfield Care after Dads care assessment outlined full time care was what he needed (we didn't want him in a care home.) After the initial home visit we decided to move forward with them. They listened to our concerns from previous care companies, and taking into account the level of care outlined in the care assessment, they supplied 2 really lovely full time live-in carers. We couldn't be more pleased and would thoroughly recommend them to care for your loved ones. It's given us as a family, total peace of mind knowing all his needs are met 24/7.

We have carers come in for one hour on three days a week, the main issue is my wife struggles showering due to Alzheimer's and the carers facilitate this. They manage the showering well. They all get on very well with my wife. The initial assessment was good with flexibility shown from them regarding care etc.

Bloomfield Care Oxfordshire and West Berkshire have been assisting with my post operation enablement since being discharged from the local services provider. My 'carers' are punctual, professional, diligent and overall a credit to Bloomfield Care.

I cannot speak highly enough about Bloomfield. The care offered to my mother-in-law has been exceptional, especially a couple of months ago when she was so poorly. The management team worked with us to put in additional visits as needed and provided advice on every aspect of her care. The carers are so compassionate and treat my mother-in-law with respect, dignity and a good old chat and giggle. Everyone goes above and beyond all expectations

We've been very happy with Bloomfield. Have used them for more than 1 year. Good, consistent service. Flexible, good communicators. There has been a small amount of staff turnover in that time but that has actually been helpful given the nature of the condition we are trying to manage.

Excellent management and staff, very caring and helpful to my mum and family. We have been with Broomfield for a year now and everyones happy with their care, time and support. Mum has four visits a day and they are always on time, as well as doing chores round the house they always find time to sit with her and chat and leave her feeling safe and happy

The manager and her team were really friendly and professional and I would highly recommend Bloomfield Care. Everything they do is with patience and care. Really lovely caring team! The rates for the care is really good and they treated my parents with dignity and kindness along with always finding the time to explain and have time for the relatives too. Really great service!

We have had the Bloomfield team helping us to care for our mum at home for over a year now. They have been so supportive and helpful to both my mum, myself and sister. The team have provided regular named carers at set times to help keep a routine for mum. They treat her with care, respect and understanding, keeping us informed if they notice anything out of "mums ordinary". They have helped us with information and questions to ask when dealing with social services when mum went into hospital and needed a plan for coming home again. They are a wonderful, personal and friendly team. I would highly recommend Bloomfield.

I am very impressed with the quality of care provided in a professional but caring and friendly manner, that i have seen my friend recieve. Seeing the level of care gives the family the confidence to be able to hand over to the staff and live a life along side there loved one. A very well organised, consistent team with a good management . Very quick to respond and problem solve , nothing seems too much trouble. Would highly recommend.

My friend had just been released from a month's hospitalisation. He wasn't very mobile and had dementia. The live-in care provided by Bloomfield and the allround attention to my friend's condition was excellent. When he declined they showed how professional they were in an emergency.

Excellent care, from first enquiry, Mum's assessment, intro of carers and manager visits. Grateful for support through arduous process of moving to county council funding. Social worker involved was impressed with the level of care that Mum has had for fourteen months. Carers are clearly well-trained and genuinely want to do what she needs. Instead of seeing her as "infirm" or "old", they spend time getting to know her. They help her to socialise and wheel her to church, community lunches and friends. Impressed that her main carer learned from a visiting neuro physio and helps Mum maintain balance and mobility by incorporating exercises into her daily routine! Entirely confident with the care being provided. Carers are clear about boundaries. If they have queries they contact me directly. Very best thing for me is seeing Mum being treated so well and being helped to socialise. She is genuinely happy and comfortable in her own home which is always extremely clean and fresh. Such a relief for everyone concerned.

Bloomfield Care has a very good management team who are hands-on and genuinely care about their clients. They care about their team too and want to get things right. They problem-solve all the time and are excellent communicators so you always know what's going on and are able to advise whenever necessary. I would recommend.

We have been using Bloomfield for the past few months to help care for our mum, who is 88 and has a rare form of dementia that affects her ability to communicate. Bloomfield has been brilliant as they understand that Mum has specific needs, which include needing consistent carers who know her and consistent visiting times so that Mum doesn't get the urge to wander off looking for someone. Before Bloomfield, I could not consider going away on holiday as would worry too much about Mum, but I can now do that and know she is in safe hands and will be looked after. They even help look after Mum's dog. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

What an amazing company, the staff are amazing and the manager is excellent, she has gone above and beyond to help our friend out and put a care package together. The previous care provider was via social services, who were absolutely dreadful, finding Bloomfield Care was, without a doubt, the best decision, our friend is very happy with the care and the staff are all caring and go that extra mile to make him comfortable and happy. Highly recommend this service, you would not be disappointed.

Our 94-year-old father's health was deteriorating slowly with another care company visiting for 1 hour each day Mon-Fri. He was otherwise independent getting up, making breakfast and dinner etc and getting logs for his wood burner. But with a cancer and dementia diagnosis, he needed help. We had to find replacement carers and had to extend to the weekend. This is when we engaged Bloomfield as his health started to change fast. They were brilliant with easy to arrange changed care as needed for when needed. They had capacity, which turned out to be fundamentally essential. Within 2 weeks he lost the ability to move around and was unable to take his meds, get food and other basics to the point we needed 3 visits a day until he needed an ambulance. At all stages, the manager understood and responded immediately to his changing needs. The quality of care was fantastic and the understanding given to a challenging client was exemplary. We are so glad we found Bloomfield Care. They were a godsend.

The quality of the care being provided to my dad is excellent. He is treated with dignity and respect and it shows in the way he is looked after and in the personal care he receives. This is the result of staff who care and the manager, who has a true vocation.
