Simah, Salam and Rudda are three brilliant carers who have made a very difficult situation much easier with their kindness, compassion and overall professionalism. We could not ask for better carers than these three.

I would like to explain about the service I receive. They have honesty in dealing, cleanliness, respect, fast service, experience in work, and honesty in service.
The service is excellent. I have been comfortable with them for 3 years, and they feel with me when my illness gets worse and I am in a
bad mood.

We are with this care agency more than 3 years. They gave the best care, and my health conditions has improved significantly. When I got the foot ulcer, the way the carers cared for me is remarkable. They did the professional like disinfectant the ulcer area and cut the form and put the band aid was
equal to nursing care. The ulcer healed faster. I am very thankful for their carers honest and kind care. They are like family members, even I am living alone I have the confidence this care agency and its carers are there to support me with compassion.

After struggling for many months to find competent carers from various agencies, thanks to a neighbour who has his carers from International Care he very kindly introduced me to them. Shortly after this introduction, my life changed immensely for the better. I am no longer anxious when the carers
come as the agency has carefully matched the care with their clients. The competence of the carers is outstanding as well as their flexibility, adaptability and their kindness.
