They provide a really great service and has always been polite, respectful, and easy to talk to. They genuinely care about my autistic child, and it shows in the way they interact with him. They take the time to understand what he likes, what he struggles with, and what helps him feel comfortable.
Their patience and kindness mean a lot, and it's clear they want him to feel safe and supported.
One of the things I appreciate most is that they take him out of the house to different places. These outings have made such a positive difference for him. Whether they're going to the park, exploring somewhere new, or just getting some fresh air, they always make sure he's enjoying himself and feeling at ease. I've noticed he's become more confident and willing to try new things because of the experiences they give him.
Communication with the team has also been excellent. They keep me updated, listen to

It has been fine. The carer is very nice and polite and helpful. It's a bit awkward having someone I don't know in the house but other than that it has been fine. I don't think we need to carer everyday but maybe once or twice a week would be super helpful.

Unique services portfolio has been amazing and the most supportive towards us in this time difficult time. We feel heard by the company and they help us with any advice or questions we might have. Before they came into our lives we really felt like giving up on receiving help in our situation but we
are so lucky and thankful we have come into contact with unique services and appreciate everything they do for us!

The manager has gone over and beyond to support me and my family, we are very pleased with the service provided. The caregivers are professional, friendly and proactive in their roles. We are very happy we made the decision to swap to unique services.

I am very pleased with this company as my son's carers are very professional and diligent they help to satisfy my son's needs in a timely manner. I can comfortably leave my son in their care without feeling worried or disturbed that he will not the taken care of.
I love how they find every
professional way to support my son's needs and they have been able to make my son who is not easy to trust people trust them.
In every expect I'm very pleased with the quality of care my son gets from the USP carers. This shows they are well-trained.
