They provide a really great service and has always been polite, respectful, and easy to talk to. They genuinely care about my autistic child, and it shows in the way they interact with him. They take the time to understand what he likes, what he struggles with, and what helps him feel comfortable....
They provide a really great service and has always been polite, respectful, and easy to talk to. They genuinely care about my autistic child, and it shows in the way they interact with him. They take the time to understand what he likes, what he struggles with, and what helps him feel comfortable. Their patience and kindness mean a lot, and it's clear they want him to feel safe and supported.
One of the things I appreciate most is that they take him out of the house to different places. These outings have made such a positive difference for him. Whether they're going to the park, exploring somewhere new, or just getting some fresh air, they always make sure he's enjoying himself and feeling at ease. I've noticed he's become more confident and willing to try new things because of the experiences they give him.

It has been fine. The carer is very nice and polite and helpful. It's a bit awkward having someone I don't know in the house but other than that it has been fine. I don't think we need to carer everyday but maybe once or twice a week would be super helpful.
