The team from Great Grace really helped me to regain my confidence and restore my independence after a lengthy stay in hospital. They were unfailingly cheerful and happy to go at my pace to enable me to do as much for myself as I could. They were very reliable and came at the agreed times. The
meeting to set up the care was very professional and kind and I appreciated that they took the time to come and visit me personally in hospital to work out what my needs and preferences were, not just basing their input on my family's suggestions. The invoicing and billing were also very simple, reliable and easy to understand.
