View Full Details of Premier Care Support LtdThe two members of staff who visited us to review my mother's care were great. Really helpful and knew their stuff.
We find the carers polite and helpful and always on time. Each carer has been delightful.
The carer is doing an outstanding job caring for my father, and they have established a strong bond of trust and care. She is professional in everything she does and always seeks to excel. She is also a calm, pragmatic character who doesn't get easily frustrated or flustered. As a family we couldn't be happier that she is caring for our father, father-in-law, and grandfather.
From the outside looking in, as this is the first time we have had to have carers for my wife and I feel their care has been first class throughout. Thank you to all the staff at Premier Care.
I find all the team of Premier very helpful, understanding, encouraging of all my needs. I have been very well looked after and cared for since day one. They all speak to me and not over me to my family as if I wasn't there. I also enjoy their company when they are here.
The person I arranged for Premier Care to support on a weekly outing (4 hours) is autistic, does not speak, has learning disabilities and is in his 60s. He is also happy, in good health with good mobility and his weight under control. This is at least partly due to the friendly care and attention to detail of the Premier Care staff who support him to walk as far as he comfortably can, to enjoy public transport, and to enjoy the odd snack without overeating.
My experience has been excellent. Everyone who helped me has been polite and made me feel at ease.
Everyone very caring, patient and reliable.
My personal experience has always been good. All the staff have been kind and courteous. They do not always stay the full hour and have to go on to their next appointment. Language and good communications is the main problem and could be improved. The general level of care is excellent and all the carers are kind. Many carers do extra things to help me. But language is the main concern.
I was diagnosed with Parkinsons several years ago which is now progressively getting worse and now require help with activities of daily living, particularly with personal hygiene. The care I have received from the company has been very good, thank you.
Very good. Management staff are pleasant to deal with. Carers, excellent time keeping, helpful and understanding. Being local helps as they are never far away.
This is Mum's 3rd week of the carers coming in to tend to her needs. All the carers have been fantastic with Mum, she feels very comfortable with them all. They treat her with the utmost respect, and they talk to her, not at her. She has a very good rapport with all of them. Pease keep on doing what you are doing.
My mother felt comfortable with her care workers. They provided good support and helped her as she needed. They were very pleasant and caring, arrived on time and completed most tasks. A couple of times minor things were missed but they were not a problem. The only downside was some initial confusion over hours and costs.
I have been very pleased with the care that I received after an operation on my right hand that meant that I was unable to use that hand to look after myself and needed care help in many ways. Preparing meals and 'housework', attending to my personal hygiene. My live-in carer was very attentive and soon learnt how and when I needed help. We soon were able to build up a relationship that meant that I did not need to ask for help, help was offered when the help was needed, in a way I wished it to be done. The office staff have always been easy to contact and attend to the reason for contacting them.
Very good. Helpers arrived on time regularly and were considerate, washed and dressed me properly. Massaged my leg thoroughly. Very polite, good service.
Premier Care Support, Home Care have been adaptable in offering the support my father has needed following an operation. The home caregiver has been attentive, approachable and willing to learn the way my father likes things to be in his own home and continues to encourage his independence. I would recommend the service to others.
I have been very happy with the service of Premier Care Support, especially the two carers that have made my husband at ease as we can understand what they are telling him, so I wonder if I could ask for these two when they come to my husband three times a week. These are known to us and I would be most grateful.
We have found Premier Care absolutely wonderful. Not only do they take great care of my father they also assist my mother with his care. We have been able to request extra time when we need it and they always manage to fit it in. The best part is we see the same carers, always best with dementia. Mum really struggled with the thought of having care for Dad but now she is so happy they come. We would recommend them to anyone who needs help from compassionate professional carers.
We have been using Premier Care for the last couple of months for my parents. We are very happy with the care that has been provided. The carers have been kind and yet professional and are always willing to help. I would happily recommend Premier Care.
Quite happy with the service. Very pleasant people, enjoy their company.
