Vidacare has provided support for my son over the past 2 years. In our experience, they always put the needs of the client first. They are caring, respectful, and diligent in their duties, and often go above and beyond what is required. As far as our family is concerned, we cannot recommend them
highly enough.

I could not have asked for better carers for my dad. Vidacare staff are professional and yet treated Dad as if he were one of the family; with care and respect. They listened to him, laughed with him and sought to support and aid him in a way that he was happy with.
The staff were knowledgeable and
they communicated, not only with my father but also, where appropriate, with the doctor and therapist to ensure that Dad's needs were met; on several occasions, they suggested treatment and medication that worked so well. Having experienced other care providers, I highly recommend Visacare.

The company provide 2 carers 3 times a day (x7) for my wife who is mainly bedbound in a hospital bed at home and supported by a manual and ceiling hoist. The majority of the carers are handpicked by the company, having worked alongside them in past care work. They are all reliable, experienced and
well-trained carers who know what to do in all aspects of their work. They also have an excellent rapport with my wife and I. I would recommend the company without hesitation.

My husband had a deteriorating condition called multi-system atrophy. His level of care needs were very high and considerably complex. At all times, and without exception, my husband received respectful, compassionate and thoroughly high standards of care. There was never an issue with timekeeping.
All staff members went to great lengths to engage my husband in communication and made sure they let him know everything that was needed to happen to him.

If Vidacare staff had not been so on the ball regarding my Mum's health I may have been facing a very different situation. They have been a great support to Mum enabling her to stay living in her own home following a month in hospital. They treat her as an individual taking care of her needs and
supporting her in a professional but friendly manner. They are also there to support the family and I believe the current situation is working well. Vidacare and the family work as a team to support Mum living at home.

Fantastic care of our father in a difficult time and support to my mum and the whole family. Team go the extra mile. They are knowledgeable too in the processes, engaging social services etc. Thank you.
