Surjit and the team are very responsive to requests. Mine was a short term need for my father whilst I was away on holiday. The staff were courteous and friendly and always kept me up to date that my father was fine during the month. Thank you team and Happy New Year.

We had Visiting Angels 24 hours live in carer to come in from 5/12/25 to 19/12/25 for a total of 14 days. The carer come in is to provided special services for an elderly lady of 98 years old. The special needs are the carer must be female, can communicate in Cantonese and required to cook Chinese food from time to time. The female carer, we have used her services before. We found the service was excellent and familiar to the old lady which is suffering from dementia. The carer was patient and able to generate good communication with the old lady. With our experiences, we would use Visiting Angels again when we go away next time.

Angels have been a godsend, with all the help and advise with my mom. Their work is always 5 star, the ladies are polite + very conciencious about their care and work.

From the beginning Visiting Angels were professional and responsive for all my requests and questions. They attended seeing my mother the next day after my initial contact implemented an action plan to support my mother within days. They were very flexible with days and timings to attend and support my mother. The care and support given was varied and even included supporting my mother walking with her dog to get her confidence and independence back. Correspondence was great and all phone calls and emails actioned and replied to within 24 hours. Thank you Visiting Angels

I am extremely satisfied with the care level given to my sister who had a stroke over 12 months ago. The caregivers are extremely professional and where possible the company tries their upmost to send the same caregiver at the same time each visit to enable my sister to gain trust and stability.

Whilst I have found all my carers are lovely. Never the less I have found myself being rushed in a morning (1 hr to get up shower and breakfast whilst not fully awake) I think I am working around their busy itinerary rather than mine which disgruntles me. In the evening I find they all enjoy at least 1 hour of chat with me which costs me money to entertain each other.

The lady who comfort sits my wife through the night has given such reassurance to my wife. She gets frightened in the night hours and knowing her carer is there really helps her. I am able to relax somewhat knowing my wife feeling safe. Thank you for your caring over the last couple of weeks. My wife asked me to express her thanks and gratitude.

We needed some night time respite care for our Auntie who is in the last stages of life . We wanted the care to start on Saturday 17th May from as as possible in the evening. I made the call to Visiting Angels on Saturday morning and asked for help They were excellent. I was offered all the help and support that was need . The lady who came to sit with my aunt was indeed an Angel . Thank you all so much for your help and support that we required at such short notice

Visiting Angels stepped in at very short notice when we suddenly needed care for our parents. The manager was extremely kind & gentle with my parents at the initial meeting. She was also always available - even at weekends. We chose Angels because they offered a more caring, intimate service with the continuity of the same carers visiting. We have used the service for 3 months & the care professionals have been amazing. They were punctual, friendly & extremely compassionate. Nothing was too much trouble. My parents are very impressed by the level of care. I am so pleased we chose Visiting Angels to help them. If my parents had not been offered assisted living, we would be continuing to use the service. Everything about this service is professional & truly caring. Thank you for taking the worry out of the responsibility of aging parents & for taking such exceptional care of them. Your Angels definitely live up to their name!!! I have absolutely no reservations about recommending

I used Visiting Angels last year for a short time and was very happy with the service I received. I needed help again this year and used a local agency. I used their service mainly for cleaning and was very unhappy with the level of service I received. I used to have to clean after they had been. I tried Visiting Angels again and was over the moon with the level of cleaning I received and my parents love the caregiver. Can't thank them enough

We have been very impressed with the daily care and support Visiting Angels has offered my family, supporting my mum who had Alzheimer's. The manager is kind, efficient and always at the end of the phone (even at the weekend). The care mum received was reliable and friendly and extra duties carried when asked. It is such a difficult decision to arrange care in your own home but Visiting Angels made it straightforward and took a lot of stress away from my dad. We would not hesitate to recommend Visiting Angels to others. Our deepest gratitude to the whole team.

Caregivers are amazing and compassionate. Always gentle and patient with my father-in-law who has dementia. A special thank you to two ladies in particular, you have been such wonderful with both my father and mother in law. Carers have always been polite and respectful of our home and gone above and beyond to make this difficult time manageable. Any changes to visits have been dealt with quickly and efficiently. As a family of nurses, we could not have asked for a better service. Thank you to you all. Kind regards.

Have to say the ladies who visit Aunty are amazing! Three staff members, in particular, nothing is too much trouble, kind and very very caring. Aunt loves to see the ladies and it gives the family peace of mind. If laundry needs doing it's no problem. Thank you all for your help with Aunt.

A great start to what we hope to be a fruitful ongoing relationship with the Angels of Warwickshire. From the first introductory phone call to setting up a twice-weekly visit for my father, who has moderate Alzheimers, the manager and the rest of the team have been outstanding. I would recommend them highly to anyone needing help and support at home for their loved ones.

We needed a care provider urgently when my Father was going to be on his own for an extended period of time due to my stepmother being detained in hospital. Visiting Angels came to our aid with a very comforting and easy manner. The manager took us through the process without too many hurdles and allocated a regular Carer to visit my Father every morning and carry out whatever tasks he needed help with.

Visiting Angels provided a companionship service for my sister who has Alzheimer's. Having struggled to find such a service in my area, Southam, it was a joy not just to find one willing to travel all the way to us, but to discover a friendly, caring, listening team, who delivered exactly what we needed. My sister really enjoyed the company of her carer and enjoyed her trips out. So, great team, great ethics, good value.

I can totally recommend Visiting Angels. They recently looked after my elderly mother after a bad fall and were brilliant. The carers were kind, patient and adaptable and the office organised excellent round the clock care at very short notice.

Just wanted to express my sincere thanks to Visiting Angels in Warwickshire for the empathic, comprehensive and flexible support provided to my mum since she lost her husband in September of 2023. With myself and my two sisters all living in different parts of the country and all a long drive from Mum's, the care, support, company and companionship of those providing additional support has been fantastic. It is clear that all at Vistiting Angels have a passion for the work they do, not just a job. My mum has been delighted with the support she has received and we could not recommend them enough. It's very difficult to make a choice in home care for a recently bereaved parent, I'm so glad we were fortunate enough to select our Angels. A special thanks to the team and an extra special shout to one carer, in particular, who Mum considers a close friend after all the time they have spent together

Visiting Angels were very supportive and guided us through the process to put a suitable care package in place for our father. They completed a thorough assessment of his needs and were flexible in putting the final care package together. We always found the care assistants and the admin office friendly and approachable.
