The process from first contact with Visiting Angels Warwickshire was excellent. Initial enquiry phone call answered in person by the general manager and a meeting was scheduled within a matter of days. Friendly, informative, flexible, reassuring. The carer was matched within two days and the first support visit within 4 days of the first meeting so extremely prompt and efficient. The carer had been matched very effectively and the first visits have been a great success with the carer and patient getting on very well. This is our first experience of securing support and it has been a very positive one and is making a huge difference to the practical challenges faced in cases of dementia and the outlook for the future.

I unfortunately need care atm and have a call from visiting angels 3 times a day. I have 3 different carers and they are all punctual professional and kind. The agency is well organised and I highly recommend

Following my discharge from hospital, the Visiting Angels stepped in promptly as my private carers, attending to my needs as at this point I had very limited and restrictive mobility and was extremely concerned about falling and my personal care. They looked after me very well and I am still using them for all their help and support which has been delivered in both a friendly and helpful manner.

We have 2 ladies cring for my wife. Personal care is excellent. Shower & hair change of clothes. Some additional house work but more importantly social care is extremely important. Two excellent ladies to look after my wife.

We have been using Visiting Angels for a couple of months and from the outset all we have experienced is complete professionality, kindness, empathy, and the business is very quick to adapt should needs change. Surj is amazing and very efficient, I have every trust in her and Adam the carer who takes out my Dad who has dementia is wonderful with him. A first class service that I wholeheartedly recommend to anyone.

Visiting Angels provided immediate care for my father when we needed it. They were professional, caring, sincere and easy to contact. My dad always enjoyed their visit. He felt at ease with all the carers and appreciated their meal preparation, cleaning and most of all the time to chat.

My Dad has been receiving care from Visiting Angels for around 6 months now after a spell in hospital and respite in a care home he really wished to return home and the Angels have helped him to achieve that. All the Angels are so lovely to him and he really finds the visits a godsend. He really enjoys the company and help around the home, it is helping to improve his quality of life. I have also have peace of mind he is getting a daily contact and help keeping him on top of his food/fluid intake and medication. I can also see from the app how his visit went and if he needs anything for when I'm next able to visit, if Im away with work or travel.

I have no hesitation in highly recommending Visiting Angels.

Visiting Angels provided daily 1.5 hour visits to my mum over a 3 week period whilst I was on holiday abroad. They came principally to chat with her as she is very independent. The staff were extremely friendly and my mum thoroughly enjoyed chatting with them. I will certainly use Visiting Angels next time that I am on holiday and highly recommend them to anyone else.

The help I have recieved has been incredible. Life is so much easier for me now I can start the day without worry. I drop my children t school, come home and the carers are here to sort out my grandfathers breakfast, medication and personal care. I wish I had found them years ago. Their care is bespoke. So I have asked them to take over cleaning my grandfathers room, which they agreed to, no problem. Huge thank you to Visiting Angels.

Friendly, helpful + total caring right from the start. The help and care I received after having a full hip replacement was second to none! My 'angel' was so nice - friendly + chatty without being overly so. We got on so well I was really sorry to see her go.

Surjit and the team are very responsive to requests. Mine was a short term need for my father whilst I was away on holiday. The staff were courteous and friendly and always kept me up to date that my father was fine during the month. Thank you team and Happy New Year.

The carer was patient and able to generate good communication with the old lady. With our experiences, we would use Visiting Angels again when we go away next time.

Angels have been a godsend, with all the help and advise with my mom. Their work is always 5 star, the ladies are polite + very conciencious about their care and work.

I am extremely satisfied with the care level given to my sister who had a stroke over 12 months ago. The caregivers are extremely professional and where possible the company tries their upmost to send the same caregiver at the same time each visit to enable my sister to gain trust and stability.

Whilst I have found all my carers are lovely. Never the less I have found myself being rushed in a morning (1 hr to get up shower and breakfast whilst not fully awake) I think I am working around their busy itinerary rather than mine which disgruntles me. In the evening I find they all enjoy at least 1 hour of chat with me which costs me money to entertain each other.

My wife asked me to express her thanks and gratitude.

They were excellent. I was offered all the help and support that was need . The lady who came to sit with my aunt was indeed an Angel . Thank you all so much for your help and support that we required at such short notice

Visiting Angels stepped in at very short notice when we suddenly needed care for our parents. The manager was extremely kind & gentle with my parents at the initial meeting. She was also always available - even at weekends. We chose Angels because they offered a more caring, intimate service with the continuity of the same carers visiting. We have used the service for 3 months & the care professionals have been amazing. They were punctual, friendly & extremely compassionate. Nothing was too much trouble. My parents are very impressed by the level of care. I am so pleased we chose Visiting Angels to help them. If my parents had not been offered assisted living, we would be continuing to use the service. Everything about this service is professional & truly caring. Thank you for taking the worry out of the responsibility of aging parents & for taking such exceptional care of them. Your Angels definitely live up to their name!!!
