I would recommend them highly to anyone needing help and support at home for their loved ones.
Thank you for your lovely words! We are very proud of what we do and it's great to know your Dad is now getting the support he needs and you have some peace of mind.
We needed a care provider urgently when my Father was going to be on his own for an extended period of time due to my stepmother being detained in hospital. Visiting Angels came to our aid with a very comforting and easy manner. The manager took us through the process without too many hurdles and allocated a regular Carer to visit my Father every morning and carry out whatever tasks he needed help with.
Thank you for you great feedback. Quality and consistency is very important for all clients as well as our caregivers and we always try to keep the process of a new client joining us as simple as we can as we know the client and family will already be going through a difficult time.
Visiting Angels provided a companionship service for my sister who has Alzheimer's. Having struggled to find such a service in my area, Southam, it was a joy not just to find one willing to travel all the way to us, but to discover a friendly, caring, listening team, who delivered exactly what we needed. My sister really enjoyed the company of her carer and enjoyed her trips out. So, great team, great ethics, good value.
Thank you, I'm glad we were able to make a positive difference and get to know your sister. We aim to support where we can including remote areas and villages as we know the more remote the location, the harder it is to find premium quality care and support services. Wishing your sister all the best for her future in her new home.
I can totally recommend Visiting Angels. They recently looked after my elderly mother after a bad fall and were brilliant. The carers were kind, patient and adaptable and the office organised excellent round the clock care at very short notice.
Thank you, I'm glad we were able to step in at short notice and enable your mum to return home from the hospital as well as provide you, the family, with peace of mind that your mum was well cared for. It has been lovely getting to know your mum and seeing the pleasure she has from being back in her own home.
A special thanks to the team and an extra special shout to one carer, in particular, who Mum considers a close friend after all the time they have spent together
It has been an absolute pleasure supporting your mum, we are all very fond of her and want only the best for her. It's great to know that our passion shows - we want each and every one of our clients to receive only the best possible care and support so that they also experience the positive impact...
Visiting Angels were very supportive and guided us through the process to put a suitable care package in place for our father. They completed a thorough assessment of his needs and were flexible in putting the final care package together. We always found the care assistants and the admin office friendly and approachable.
It was a pleasure providing services for and getting to know your father - a true gent! Thank you for your positive feedback, it's great to know the positive difference our Angels are making to our clients.
I was so grateful for the care Visiting Angels provided for my dear Mum. Although she was reluctant at first to accept that she needed extra help the care and professionalism shown to her soon made her realise what a helpful service was being provided. The care was exemplary and as a family, we would have no hesitation in recommending this company. From our first meeting with the manager, everything was organised in a timely way. She gave us confidence that the carers would do everything to provide the care specific to my Mother's needs. Two members of staff who provided most of my Mother's care were so kind and caring especially when she wasn’t well. Nothing was too much trouble and all tasks were carried out with great dignity. Thank you for all you did.
Thank you for your kind words. It's not uncommon for people to be reluctant about receiving care and support services, we experience this often, but it really doesn't take long for them to realise the positive difference we can make to their daily lives and how the caregivers nurture the important relationship between them. I am very proud of the exemplary services we provide.
Their care and knowing Mother was looked after was a massive relief especially as I live overseas.
I thoroughly recommend the 'Visiting Angels!'.
Thank you for your kind words, we have greatly enjoyed providing services to your Mother and glad that we were able to provide you with the peace of mind needed! We look forward to providing further care and support services to your Mother and Father. All the best, Visiting Angels Warwickshire.
Far superior to our previous carers. The care we receive is friendly and professional. We were worried that my mother’s care would involve various members of the Visiting Angels team and would lack continuity but all the ladies provided have been excellent and we the family are very satisfied with all the team providing care.
Thank you! Ensuring quality and consistency is just as important for us as it is for our clients and their families. Our Angels strive to always deliver services with care, kindness, and compassion and it's great to know the positive difference this is making in our client's lives.
My overall experience with Visiting Angels is positive. Management is amenable and flexible, and the carers are committed and empathetic to my mother's needs, spoken or otherwise. It is a huge change for my mother to have new people in her house, and dealing with all personal aspects of her care, the Visiting Angels carers have assimilated into her life surprisingly well. Thank you.
Thank you for your lovely comments. Your mother is a very special lady, and the caregivers are smitten! If there is anything that can be improved, please do let us know - your feedback is important to us.
A time we thought would never happen, when both of us would be out of service. My husband was not mobile due to a broken hip and I was in hospital with pneumonia. Our daughter lives 50 miles away so it was imperative we had immediate help for my husband at home. These lovely ladies from Angels helped cheer him up with their visits, helping him with meals, drinks and company. Always on time, so he knew when to expect them.
We continue to be impressed by the care provided by Visiting Angels. The service is supporting us in caring for Mum in her own home. I’m bowled over by how responsive and flexible the service has been, with late notice requests for additional visits being accommodated without any drama - even over the Christmas period. Mum is fond of the ladies who care for her, who are kind and reliable. The service gives us reassurance that Mum is being well looked after when we’re not able to be around - which is priceless!
Thank you for the lovely feedback! Our Angels are very fond of your Mum too and it gives us great pleasure to know that we are making a positive difference in her life whilst giving you, the family, reassurance and peace of mind which is just as important.
I would not hesitate to recommend this amazing company, they have a great team of carers and the service they have provided has taken a huge weight off my mind knowing my Dad is being cared for.
Thank you for your kind words, I'm glad we were able to step in quickly and provide the support that your dad needed. Our Angels said it was a pleasure providing services to your dad, he is a lovely man so the feeling was mutual!
A sudden and difficult change in circumstances was made easier by the speed and professionalism of Visiting Angels, who quickly provided excellent live-in carers when needed. We are very grateful for all their efforts and happy to recommend their services.
Really happy to know that we were able to make a difference and it's great to see the progress that your loved one is making!
An excellent and very personal service at all times. Always available to talk to if there are any queries or concerns. Nothing is too much trouble and my Mum benefits from the friendship extended to her by her lovely carers. She enjoys her trips out and every effort is made to take her somewhere which she will enjoy based on her interests. Big thank you for all you have done to date for my Mum.
Thank you, your mum is a pleasure and caregivers are very fond of her. It's great to know our services are making such a difference.
The manager guided our family through the pre-assessment process as though she was holding our hand. She immediately put my dad at ease and really listened to him. She also provided much needed practical advice and support throughout the process.
Thank you for your kind words. Here, at Visiting Angels, we understand how challenging it can be to accept that a loved one needs care and support. We always endeavour to make the process as smooth and comfortable as possible and it's great to know that we are achieving this.
Trustworthy and very reliable service. My brother and I have been really impressed with the service offered and it gives us peace of mind that our parents are being well looked after. We also really appreciate the flexibility offered. Thank you!
Thank you, it has been a pleasure getting to know and supporting your parents, they are lovely! I appreciate it's hard for families when they cannot be there all of the time and being able to give you peace of mind is so important and goes with the quality and consistency we provide.
We asked Visiting Angels to provide personal care and support for my father at a difficult time. All the staff were helpful and very professional. We knew Dad was being properly and effectively cared for and this was a great help and reassurance for the family. We don't hesitate to recommend Visiting Angels and will use them again.
Thank you. It was a pleasure caring for your dad and, like you said, we brought calm to the chaos, so I'm glad we were able to step in so quickly.
First-class, caring business who provide excellent care. They listen and assess the client's needs. They are helpful and make positive suggestions on how things can improve. The carers are kind and always polite. Management are flexible and adaptable at a time that can be very stressful on families. Thanks so much.
Thank you for your positive comments. We know how stressful it can be when a loved one has health problems and needs care and support. Our aim is to support and guide families through the process to ensure it can be as stress-free as possible and it's good to know that we are achieving that.
It’s very good, excellent. My carer is nice to talk to and very polite and respectful, she puts a smile on my face and will do anything that needs doing. Nice to have someone checking on me, makes me feel safe.
Thank you, we are very lucky to have such a great team of Angels who genuinely care about putting a smile on your face and looking out for your well-being. Their visit notes always reflect what a lovely person they think you are too.

Meet the Team (1)
I have seen the high turnover of care staff and the impact this has on the people receiving care, constantly being cared for by different people, not knowing who is going to turn up and how much they will know about the support that needs to be provided and unable to build any meaningful relationship with the caregivers. I want to provide a consistent, caring and safe service to the individuals we are supporting and this is why I joined Visiting Angels, to be carer centric! I want to empower my caregivers to value themselves and the work they do and to be recognised for the difference they make to people's lives by dealing with issues like poor pay, lack of training and support and feeling undervalued recognising the worth of our Angels."
