I would recommend them highly to anyone needing help and support at home for their loved ones.

We needed a care provider urgently when my Father was going to be on his own for an extended period of time due to my stepmother being detained in hospital. Visiting Angels came to our aid with a very comforting and easy manner. The manager took us through the process without too many hurdles and allocated a regular Carer to visit my Father every morning and carry out whatever tasks he needed help with.

Visiting Angels provided a companionship service for my sister who has Alzheimer's. Having struggled to find such a service in my area, Southam, it was a joy not just to find one willing to travel all the way to us, but to discover a friendly, caring, listening team, who delivered exactly what we needed. My sister really enjoyed the company of her carer and enjoyed her trips out. So, great team, great ethics, good value.

I can totally recommend Visiting Angels. They recently looked after my elderly mother after a bad fall and were brilliant. The carers were kind, patient and adaptable and the office organised excellent round the clock care at very short notice.

Visiting Angels were very supportive and guided us through the process to put a suitable care package in place for our father. They completed a thorough assessment of his needs and were flexible in putting the final care package together. We always found the care assistants and the admin office friendly and approachable.

Although she was reluctant at first to accept that she needed extra help the care and professionalism shown to her soon made her realise what a helpful service was being provided. Far superior to our previous carers. The care we receive is friendly and professional. We were worried that my mother’s care would involve various members of the Visiting Angels team and would lack continuity but all the ladies provided have been excellent and we the family are very satisfied with all the team providing care.

My overall experience with Visiting Angels is positive. Management is amenable and flexible, and the carers are committed and empathetic to my mother's needs, spoken or otherwise. It is a huge change for my mother to have new people in her house, and dealing with all personal aspects of her care, the Visiting Angels carers have assimilated into her life surprisingly well. A time we thought would never happen, when both of us would be out of service. My husband was not mobile due to a broken hip and I was in hospital with pneumonia. Our daughter lives 50 miles away so it was imperative we had immediate help for my husband at home. These lovely ladies from Angels helped cheer him up with their visits, helping him with meals, drinks and company. Always on time, so he knew when to expect them.

We continue to be impressed by the care provided by Visiting Angels. The service is supporting us in caring for Mum in her own home. I’m bowled over by how responsive and flexible the service has been, with late notice requests for additional visits being accommodated without any drama - even over the Christmas period. Mum is fond of the ladies who care for her, who are kind and reliable. The service gives us reassurance that Mum is being well looked after when we’re not able to be around - which is priceless!
