We will carry out a full assessment, free of charge, and discuss in detail the outcomes to be achieved and the best fit for days and times of visits. This will be followed by an 'introduce your caregiver' meeting to ensure client is happy with the choice of caregiver.

A time we thought would never happen, when both of us would be out of service. My husband was not mobile due to a broken hip and I was in hospital with pneumonia. Our daughter lives 50 miles away so it was imperative we had immediate help for my husband at home. These lovely ladies from Angels helped
cheer him up with their visits, helping him with meals, drinks and company. Always on time, so he knew when to expect them.

We continue to be impressed by the care provided by Visiting Angels. The service is supporting us in caring for Mum in her own home. I’m bowled over by how responsive and flexible the service has been, with late notice requests for additional visits being accommodated without any drama - even over the
Christmas period. Mum is fond of the ladies who care for her, who are kind and reliable. The service gives us reassurance that Mum is being well looked after when we’re not able to be around - which is priceless!

I cannot fault the fantastic service provided to my father in his time of need by Visiting Angels Warwickshire. They paired my very independent father up with a wonderful team of carers and he thoroughly enjoyed their regular visits.
I would not hesitate to recommend this amazing company, they have

An excellent and very personal service at all times. Always available to talk to if there are any queries or concerns. Nothing is too much trouble and my Mum benefits from the friendship extended to her by her lovely carers. She enjoys her trips out and every effort is made to take her somewhere which

The manager guided our family through the pre-assessment process as though she was holding our hand. She immediately put my dad at ease and really listened to him. She also provided much needed practical advice and support throughout the process.

We asked Visiting Angels to provide personal care and support for my father at a difficult time. All the staff were helpful and very professional. First-class, caring business who provide excellent care. They listen and assess the client's needs. They are helpful and make positive suggestions on how things can improve. The carers are kind and always polite. Management are flexible and adaptable at a time that can be very stressful on families.

It’s very good, excellent. My carer is nice to talk to and very polite and respectful, she puts a smile on my face and will do anything that needs doing. Nice to have someone checking on me, makes me feel safe.

Over the years it has been difficult to find a genuinely good care company but I believe I have found that here.
With many previous companies, I have been through a lot, having to deal with being treated badly by staff and management alike and I would feel intimidated by people who are supposed to
be caregivers.
Here though, I feel already, after a few weeks, that this is a good care company, with a manager who is a kind, friendly person - someone I respect, who looks after her staff as well as she does her clients.
My two carers have been polite, patient, understanding, hard-working, respectful and sincerely caring.
It is evident that they enjoy their jobs and, in fact, want to be in my home, looking after and getting to know me whilst helping me to live the best way that I can.
After years of struggling with depression and severe social anxiety etc. I have found a safe place, finally, with this company and I'm actually flourishing.
I would recommend Visiting Angels - Warwickshire.

Great service and management, the company was really quick to respond to care requests and arrange support for my son who has Down’s Syndrome and Autism.
Staff are always friendly and on time they take my son out in the community and support at home.

I have seen the high turnover of care staff and the impact this has on the people receiving care, constantly being cared for by different people, not knowing who is going to turn up and how much they will know about the support that needs to be provided and unable to build any meaningful relationship with the caregivers. I want to provide a consistent, caring and safe service to the individuals we are supporting and this is why I joined Visiting Angels, to be carer centric! I want to empower my caregivers to value themselves and the work they do and to be recognised for the difference they make to people's lives by dealing with issues like poor pay, lack of training and support and feeling undervalued recognising the worth of our Angels."
