The carers seem to have done a good job, particularly as mum generally says she doesn't want them there. Maybe they could do a bit more cleaning and tidying sometimes but I appreciate it's difficult as mum expresses opposition to them doing it. I think she likes some companionship, however, when she
doesn't see anyone else all day. And having someone go in when we're not there of course puts our minds at rest in terms knowing she hasn't had an accident etc.

Carers always smart , clean and punctual , my spouse always happy to see them
Excellent care provided and my family and I are satisfied .
Management always available if queries arise
Service is quick, billing is transparent

We were recommended Macdave by a friend, having witnessed their carers in action at the friend's parent's house. We have used Macdave since August 2024 for support for my 81 year old mother. They have always been prompt, friendly, caring, good communicators and good at what they do. We would
definitely (and have already) recommend them to others.

This home care company continues to provide excellent care for my 85-year-old mother. Since the family commenced with their services they have provided an excellent level of personal care and been very helpful with tasks around the house. They have also been very reliable in communicating any
important information concerning my mother to the rest of the family. I would strongly recommend this care provider to anyone looking for care provision for an elderly relative or friend.

Had disabling post-sepsis syndrome and IBS. Couldn't move, was sore and in a mess. Macdave amazing. Nothing too much trouble. Came in the morning and late at night for weeks. Never a complaint. Got me equipment, physios and District nurses. With their care, Macdave has made me ten times stronger. I
could call round the clock if I needed anything then they would come.
Totally personal and friendly.
I will love them forever.
Will miss them when I am well.

Carers are always punctual, outstanding care workers go above and beyond to ensure that I am well looked after. Usually accompany me for social activities, and implement diet needs as per doctor's advice, their cleaning is spot on, the food is hygienic and the preparation is excellent. Very
professional, well-trained staff who always kept me up to date with daily improvements and schedules. Would definitely recommend their services to anyone. Well done to Macdave Services.

Always punctual, outstanding care workers who went above and beyond to ensure Mum was well looked after, always accompanied her for her social activities, implemented diet needs as per doctor's advice, their cleaning was also spot on, food hygienic and preparation is excellent. Very professional,
well-trained staff who always kept us up to date with Mum's daily improvements and schedule. Would definitely recommend their services to anyone. Kudos Macdave Services.
