The carers seem to have done a good job, particularly as mum generally says she doesn't want them there. Maybe they could do a bit more cleaning and tidying sometimes but I appreciate it's difficult as mum expresses opposition to them doing it. I think she likes some companionship, however, when she doesn't see anyone else all day. And having someone go in when we're not there of course puts our minds at rest in terms knowing she hasn't had an accident etc.

We were recommended Macdave by a friend, having witnessed their carers in action at the friend's parent's house. We have used Macdave since August 2024 for support for my 81 year old mother. They have always been prompt, friendly, caring, good communicators and good at what they do. We would definitely (and have already) recommend them to others.

This home care company continues to provide excellent care for my 85-year-old mother. Since the family commenced with their services they have provided an excellent level of personal care and been very helpful with tasks around the house. They have also been very reliable in communicating any important information concerning my mother to the rest of the family. I would strongly recommend this care provider to anyone looking for care provision for an elderly relative or friend.

Carers are always punctual, outstanding care workers go above and beyond to ensure that I am well looked after. Usually accompany me for social activities, and implement diet needs as per doctor's advice, their cleaning is spot on, the food is hygienic and the preparation is excellent. Very professional, well-trained staff who always kept me up to date with daily improvements and schedules. Would definitely recommend their services to anyone. Well done to Macdave Services.
