I find the staff lovely and engaging with my dad. They give him excellent care and give me constant information about him as I visit regularly.
My brother has asked a couple of times to see online the carers notes but so far has not been able to access them.

The service that my husband has been receiving has been excellent. Very kind and caring and because of the carer's experience, very well able to manage the day to day emotional needs of my husband.

The manager was warm, professional, friendly and kind. She took care to get to know our family and my dad’s specific needs.
She came along with the carer to set us up which was helpful and made the transition easier.
The carer was gentle, capable and sensitive to Dad’s needs. Dad enjoyed chatting
with her and felt much better after the bed bath. We are extremely grateful to them both, they made a very difficult time much better.
Sadly Dad went back into hospital that evening and passed away that week so we did not see them again.
But thank you both from the bottom of our hearts for the warmth, generosity of spirit and love you showed us and Dad.

This is a well-organised and very caring organisation.
Management is very hands-on and visits regularly.
The actual care staff are very obliging and mindful of one's dignity.
Visits were always on time as arranged.
This is a reliable organisation and reasonably priced.

Good manager, very helpful and friendly carers. They are very punctual. I would recommend Leadwood Care to friends and family.

The manager has given excellent care to my father. My parents have expressed extreme confidence in her ability.

We are very pleased with our carer. She is always on time and is very pleasant. At the moment we haven't asked her to do much, but she has offered.
