The service that my husband has been receiving has been excellent. Very kind and caring and because of the carer's experience, very well able to manage the day to day emotional needs of my husband.

She came along with the carer to set us up which was helpful and made the transition easier.
The carer was gentle, capable and sensitive to Dad’s needs. Dad enjoyed chatting with her and felt much better after the bed bath. We are extremely grateful to them both, they made a very difficult time much better.
Sadly Dad went back into hospital that evening and passed away that week so we did not see them again.
But thank you both from the bottom of our hearts for the warmth, generosity of spirit and love you showed us and Dad.
