Care Sante helped us at a difficult time. They arranged care for my father at short notice. Communication was good and all the carers were kind and arrived as planned.

The service and staff is fantastic, I never worry as I know my Grandmother is very well looked after. The carers are wonderful, kind and thoughtful and they always go above and beyond. I highly recommend this service.

My mum passed away on the 26th Jan 2025, but I would like to say thank oyu to all the carers that looked after my mum. They looked after my mum and genuinely cared for her. My mum loved all her carers and looked upon them as friends. They would chat to her to keep her company as they showered, made
her cups of tea and lunch and anything she needed. I can't say thank you enough to all of the carers. You are fantastic.

The carers do not know the word no that are brilant.

Mum is happy with her care which is the most important thing.
The carers are friendly and approachable and understand Mum's needs.
I am happy to contact managers if I need updates on Mum's care/needs.

Care Sante Northamptonshire are excellent service, especially the management.
The management very nice and pleasant to talk to, can't fault the management.
Excellent service and the carers also brilliant and caring, do anything for you. I just can't fault them at all, I would recommend them to

Care Santé Northamptonshire helped us adapt when it became obvious that my relative couldn't be left home alone. Initial assessments were made so that all my relatives's needs were met, we felt supported and comfortable with proposed care. To begin with, my relative didn't want carers, however very
soon she looked forward to the visits. Relationships and routines were quickly established because we always knew who was coming and when they would come. When Care Santé first started coming in March 2023, it was to support my relative to access the necessary nutritional supplements as she could no longer eat normally. As time went by, and she developed dementia, my relative needed more and more support and the role of the carers expanded. When my relative was finally admitted to the hospice, we asked Care Santé to continue visiting my relative so that she had familiar faces around her and caring for her at this difficult time. Care Santé were an integral part of my relative's care and I honestly don't know how we would have managed without them. I can't recommend them highly enough.
