I cannot speak highly enough of St Anns Healthcare. They care for my dad, who has Alzheimer's, and the standard of care is exceptional. I live across the country and often have worries, but whenever I text their contact number they respond quickly and thoughtfully, which has made a huge difference
to my peace of mind. My dad can sometimes be rude because of his condition, yet the carers are always patient, kind, and respectful, treating him with real dignity. The consistency of carers has been invaluable, as familiar faces matter greatly for someone with Alzheimer's and give both my dad and me stability and trust. They keep me well informed, notice changes, and help with extra situations when needed.
