My dad can sometimes be rude because of his condition, yet the carers are always patient, kind, and respectful, treating him with real dignity. The consistency of carers has been invaluable, as familiar faces matter greatly for someone with Alzheimer's and give both my dad and me stability and trust. They keep me well informed, notice changes, and help with extra situations when needed. Most importantly, my dad feels safe with them, is grateful for their help, and benefits daily from the care, meals, and reassurance they provide.
