We were very fortunate to receive live- in healthcare support for my mother's end of life scenario. We get a phone call on Friday saying it had been approved and South East Focus Care arrive the next morning. We were even more fortunate to have an outstanding carer and human being who was
experienced and caring. We couldn't have asked for more.

The team were amazing! They were very caring, kind and professional. They listened to all our client needs. They worked with us and made helpful, thoughtful suggestions. They accommodated all our needs small and lsrge needs, even to performing the last offices. They were reliable and trustworthy. We
felt very safe with them. Communication was brilliant, if they didn't answer the phone immediately, they always rang back very quickly. They attended all meetings. We all worked together as a team and felt supported. We couldn't ask for more.

Discharged from hospital wearing a leg brace after a knee operation. Asbi'm s widow my Consultant requested care whilst wearing the brace
The carers were friendly and professional and I had two main male carers with interim ones when they weren't available
Near the end if my carecehen i only
hadn't wear the brace when going out they helped by showing me the best way of dressing when I would venom my own which was invaluable

Our mum was terminally ill, her last months were very difficult.
we were so pleased that a care package had been put in place to help her, however she was very apprehensive at having carers in.
Her fears were allayed immediately as the small team that took care of her were just so kind and lovely.
It really is so important to family members to know they can trust carers to look after a loved one and do it well, with compassion, kindness and a bit of humour thrown in.
we are very grateful to you all, thank you for looking after our mum. x

The care that we received was excellent throughout. At all times the team of carers were professional, respectful, compassionate and went above and beyond in their duties.
They provided support to the whole family as well as the client, during a difficult time. We felt like we were an extension of
their own families and they attuned to the needs and personality and humour of the client beautifully and with grace.
The team are a credit to the service and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Clara and her team were outstanding from start to finish during a very challenging time for us. Communication was regular, right from the word go, and everything ran smoothly throughout. The carers were extremely friendly, supportive and did a great job caring for my Mum. It was a relief and

The wonderful carers helped with my husband from December 2024 until he sadly died August 2025. They were so lovely with him and also kind and caring to me. It made such a difference to us both during a very difficult time.

The carer chosen was perfectly suited to my Mother's needs. She had experience with my Mother's medical condition so we felt confident with the care given. The carer attended to Mum's personal care without fuss and respected her dignity as much as possible. She prepared delicious home cooked meals
for Mum. And encouraged her when times were difficult when mum lacked energy and motivation. She stayed with her for a month and towards the end, with virtually no sleep, she kept caring without complaining or taking time off, until Mum needed to be moved into Full time care.

If you want a caring, compassionate care company to look after a loved one, this is the care company for you. A number of carers looked after my grandmother for 7 months, all treating her and the family with love, compassion, respect and kindness. Our live in carer went above and beyond expectations
and continued to do so through to the end. As a family, we will be forever grateful to those who supported my grandmother.

The two carers cared for my husband in the very best way showing compassion, care and understanding. They shared the occasional joke with him too.

My Mother received care from Southeast Focus Care after she came out of hospital in April until September. The carers were all very respectful, considerate, gentle, patient and caring. They gave Mum lots of time and she never felt rushed when being assisted with personal care. They always removed
their shoes when coming in the house which we appreciated and Mum loved the way they made her bed so well every visit which was important to her. Nothing was too much trouble. The timing of visits was pretty consistent too without massive fluctuations in when they would come each day. The manager at the office was so friendly and responsive, with a wonderful laugh that would cheer us up whenever we spoke to her. We would highly recommend the manager and her team.

My wife's care was exemplary. The carers were kind, respectful, diligent and caring. They could not have done more for my wife. They were really outstanding. They were always punctual and worked hard during their visits.

From the first meeting, the manager listened to us and worked hard to build rapport with Dad and his extended family.

It was a small team so Mum got to know them all. Every member of the team was kind and caring and above all, friendly and good humoured. They were professional and reliable, always there at the agreed time. Whenever they had a concern, or if Mum was worrying about something, they always let me know
and dealt with it sensibly. We were all very happy with the standard of care.

A number of carers looked after my grandmother for 7 months, all treating her and the family with love, compassion, respect and kindness. Our live in carer went above and beyond expectations
