I cannot thank Emma and Leanne enough for the excellent care and kindness shown to my mum and dad at a time of crisis. They were both there, often at short notice, even overnight on one occasion, ready to step in to support them when my dad could no longer cope alone. They went above and beyond in
the two months when they were needed most. I would highly recommend Amaiva to anyone who needs a high level of care in their own home.

A Heartfelt Thank You to Amaiva Home Care Peacehaven -
I would like to express my deepest gratitude to the entire team at Amaiva Home Care for the outstanding care and compassion they showed my mum during her palliative care journey.
From the very first visit, it was clear that the carers were not
only highly professional but also genuinely kind, patient, and attentive. They treated my mum with dignity, respect, and warmth, always taking the time to ensure she was comfortable, listened to, and cared for in the most thoughtful way.
Their support brought great comfort to both Mum and our whole family during an incredibly difficult time. The carers went above and beyond-offering reassurance, creating calm moments, and bringing a sense of humanity and tenderness that meant more than we can express.
Thank you to Emma and the whole team at Amaiva Home Care, for making such a meaningful difference. We are truly grateful for everything you did for Mum and for us.

My Mum has only been with Amaiva Care Group since 13th October 2025. Oh my goodness what a wonderful Care Company. Everyone is so kind, cheerful, caring, professional. I am so happy and relieved that my soon to be 99 year old Mum has these Angels to take care of her.
I can't thank them enough for
what they do.

It was easy to arrange regular visits and an adhoc additional visit.
We, the family, have been kept well informed, in particular when the team had concerns.
When we wanted to pre-warn the team that dad had had a fall, this was dealt with efficiently.
The team have made helpful suggestions, eg fire
brigade visit to check smoke alarms; installation of care link system.

We have been having these wonderful carers for a few years now and they are just amazing .The help to my parents and the support they have given me is just second to none . The care , compassion and empathy that they have shown to my mother over the years is exceptional and nothing is too much
trouble for them . They very often manage, at short notice , to arrange cover when i have to take my mothers partner for appointments They are passionate about their work and are highly trained in medical issues , manual handling .and work from a care plan . We also have consistency of care and each member of staff has a great rapport with my mum ( who is non verbal) and her partner , they are both treated with dignity and respect at all times . Everyone that works for Amaiva are absolutely fantastic we couldnt be without them .

Amazingly kind and caring to our mum, they care for her as if she was a member of their own family and always keep in touch with us if there's anything we need to be concerned about in regards to Mum's health, both mentally and physically. We can't recommend them highly enough.

I cannot speak highly enough of the exceptional service provided by Amaiva and their dedicated team of live-in carers. From the very first interaction, the agency demonstrated professionalism, compassion, and a genuine commitment to delivering high-quality care tailored to our family's needs.
The
carers assigned to us were not only highly trained but also deeply empathetic. They have treated my grandparents with dignity, patience, and warmth-creating a safe environment.Their ability to balance medical responsibilities with emotional support is one of their most valuable qualities.
One of the standout qualities of this agency is its consistency. We never had to worry about last-minute changes or gaps in coverage. The team always keep us informed. Even during weekends or holidays, the level of care has never wavered.
What has impressed me most is how personalised the care plan is. And how much care the team take. I cannot fault Amaiva and the team.
