A most pleasant first meeting with the care provided for me ,very efficient and excellent result after a harrowing accident, will definitely be using the company on a regular basis ,can't thank them enough .

I am a mother and carer for my son for 61 years, he was introduced to his nurse in July this year, she is very dedicated to her work, and my son has a good connection with her.

Care staff arrive on time and are reliable. Carry out care needs as requested, ensuring my husband is treated with dignity.

My experience with the company has been nothing but excellent. My son enjoys his days with his support worker. They have made a very good bond between them. The support worker is very friendly, polite and always on time. The company itself is great. Anything I need help with or understand, they
explain it to me. Nothing is a bother to them.

Daryl is enjoying the service and we have no complaints about the service. All our issues and suggestions have been seen too right away. He is doing activities he is enjoying and going on bus trips and train journeys. We see no problems with the service.

I am happy with my daughter,s care
the staff treat my daughter with respect.
They make sure she is kept clean and well
dressed.
They make sure her room is kept clean and
tidy and her bath and bathroom are cleaned
as well.

The caregivers are professional, punctual, reliable, respectful and ready to compile with client needs.
The carers are neat, and honest.
They make my mum comfortable in her home.
They listen to my mum.

Double Crown have been caring for my daughter for 6 weeks now and I'm delighted with the care they have given.They are well organised and take the time to get to know my daughters likes and dislikes and keep her occupied by taking her days out .I can see a massive improvement in my daughters
appearance and she seems a much happier person since Double Crown took over her care .
