AAA homecare are fantastic! They treat my family member with care, compassion and kindness. If they are in doubt they always contact a family member making us feel like we are a part of the care, and that in turn our voices and my family member' wishes matter. Every care member that attends delivers
care that is personal to the service user, they have fit in to the clients user lives and become not only a support system for us as a family but peace of mind and friendly company for our lovely Nan. It really feels like a team effort. I must say that during many difficult times the management team have gone above and beyond to support us all and we are truly grateful! To what we expected would be such an anxious time introducing such care into our lives has became a relief and we as a family enjoy much more quality time together.

The team cared for my Dad (Ted) who passed recently. Every team member was professional, well trained, friendly and most importantly they cared. Our previous experience with other carers was not a good one. As soon as AAA were responsible for dad's care we experienced what real carers do. Thank You
so much for making the transition a positive experience for us all and I highly recommend Gavin and the team to provide the care and support families need. Thank you so much for being there for us at such a difficult time.

We have just started using AAA and are extremely impressed by their caring staff. Their care givers are skilled, experienced, and understanding of our needs.
AAA were able to sort care out for us fast and efficiently. I have not found such a rapid setup for many years. They responded to our need
and helped us quickly.
For me, what I value is not only the wonderful way that the care staff treat my wife and I. But also the fact that the company has a good relationship with its staff. It is obvious that the staff value the company and are valued by it.
As someone who has received care for many years and in several areas of the country. I can say with confidence that AAA is outstanding in the service they provide. A cut above many others.

AAA Homecare is well named! The service provided is A +++.....from the initial conversation over the telephone to setting up a package of care for my dear 89 year old friend. The two staff members in the office are true professionals and care greatly about the package of care their clients receive.
Furthermore, the care staff are all wonderful and caring.
The reasons this service stands out above all other care services I have dealt with are the response, knowledge, support and most importantly the care the client and family receive from their wonderful team. The app is fantastic for daily reports and communication. Nothing has ever been too much trouble for the team to sort out from smaller queries eg picking up milk to bigger queries such as changes to visit times to accommodate hospital appointments.
This care company, lead by the manager who is extremely knowledgeable in the care sector, go over and above to ensure everyone involved has the best positive experience with them. Thank you

On behalf of my sister (service user) and I, the manager and his team at AAA Homecare have made a huge positive impact on her life.
The difference in both her physical and mental wellbeing now, compared to previous care providers, is leaps and bounds above what it was, and AAA has played a huge
role in getting her there. This has been acknowledged by social workers, healthcare professionals and family & friends.
AAA Healthcare focus heavily on person centred care and offer a modern solution to their clients with their app, which provides communication, transparency and detailed notes.
The manager and the team at AAA are making real, long lasting positive changes in the community and My sister is a prime example of this.
We will forever be grateful for them for all their help and support. An above and beyond kind of care provider.

I am incredibly grateful for the exceptional care and support my mother received from AAA Homecare. From the very first interaction, the team was compassionate, professional, and attentive to her needs. The caregivers went above and beyond to ensure her comfort and well-being, always with a smile
and a caring attitude. They demonstrated patience, kindness, and expertise in every task, making sure that my mother felt respected and safe. The staff maintained clear communication with me throughout, updating me regularly and addressing any concerns I had promptly. Over the last few months, the care team have built up a lovely rapport with Mum who enjoys her regular chats as they go about her routine visits. She trusts them now and feels comfortable with them using the key safe entry for access.

The standard of service from AAA Homecare has been excellent. They have been punctual, reliable, and trustworthy and there have been instances where the carers have gone out of their way to ensure my mother has everything she needs. They also spend quality time chatting to ensure there are no
well-being concerns and highlight anything of note in their reports so we can follow up. We value the support provided and how they have allowed my mother to transition at her own pace and in her own way from being wholly independent to accepting care and intervention as appropriate without any problems whilst still being on hand to offer assistance if required. One of the strengths of the service is the ease of direct access to management and communication with team leaders - very reassuring.

Our experience with AAA Care has been excellent. We have a regular, reliable team of Carers who visit. They are always friendly, helpful, and attentive. Management are also very approachable and deals with any queries quickly and efficiently. The app which allows me to keep a check is also very

Very good. All the girls have been very friendly and polite. Eager to help. Always look very smart.
Although carers are on a time schedule for calls the client isn't made to feel rushed. They always stay for a full hour from the time they arrive.

From the very start, March 24, we knew AAA Homecare would be the right people to care for my mother who has dementia and who lives with me. The director visited along with a member of staff to discuss our needs. The director answered all my questions fully, while the member of staff talked to my
mother and they struck up an instant friendly relationship. Due to my mother's dementia, they have tried to keep the same member of staff for each visit so she does not get confused with different faces. On the one occasion a different person has had to come they visited in advance again to introduce themselves. The member of staff sees to all my mother's requirements and is not in a hurry to leave when I return home and is happy to discuss how my mother has been during the visit. The house is always left in the same tidy condition before leaving. They have been very flexible and adaptable to our visiting hours/days requirements.

So pleased we discovered AAA Homecare, we were struggling to fill in gaps where our mother didn't have care. AAA Homecare has been so flexible and helpful, we are so grateful. Staff are lovely and caring and they really shouldn't be doing my washing up as well as my mum's, but they do! Thanks to the

From the outset I was very impressed with AAA Homecare with staff who are very supportive and service is personalised, always happy to respond to our needs and requirements as my husband's health improved. Carers are always punctual, with great communication and the same carer(s) come each time so
relationships are strong. The staff are knowledgeable and have great advice about other services. I feel lucky that we have found such a great service and would totally recommend.

I've ticked April for this review but it's for all months since AAA took on the care responsibilities of my mother. I can't speak highly enough about the AAA team. They're doing an excellent job, Mother and her home are very well looked after they don't just go in feed her and clear off, they spend
quality time with her. I say they go well above and beyond my expectations. When I visit Mother and one of the team are there it feels like a family member is there.
Nothing is too much for them and when I'm not at Mother's I know I don't need to worry about her well-being. If I could give the AAA team ten stars I would.
Thanks for making my mother happier in her later years.
