Perfectly good, pleasant staff

My mam has received excellent care; the main carers, Eunice, Sarah and Millie, have been wonderful with my mam. She looks forward to seeing the girls and has a good rapport with them, and all staff are very professional and provide a second-to-none service.

AAA has proved to be everything the Social Worker promised and more as well. My husband and I are truly grateful for everything that the company does.

I highly recommend AAA Homecare Ltd. We were really anxious about finding the right care provider for our mother who suffers with alzhimers. We had access to the app which was updated after each visit. This was really reassuring and kept us updated with any issues. The caregivers were excellent always professional, supportive and most of all caring in nature. Look no further than AAA 10 out of 10.

The carers always have a smile and never moan. The care is always excellent. Carers are very punctual and hard working. My friend has had carers for about 20 years but never like this before.

The carers are carers in my home, they are dedicated, and it is a vocation to them, the crem-de-le-creme of care. The carers are also well cared for and respected by their management. AAA homecare are fantastic! They treat my family member with care, compassion and kindness. If they are in doubt they always contact a family member making us feel like we are a part of the care, and that in turn our voices and my family member' wishes matter. The team cared for my Dad (Ted) who passed recently. Every team member was professional, well trained, friendly and most importantly they cared. Over the last few months, the care team have built up a lovely rapport with Mum who enjoys her regular chats as they go about her routine visits. She trusts them now and feels comfortable with them using the key safe entry for access.

The standard of service from AAA Homecare has been excellent. They have been punctual, reliable, and trustworthy and there have been instances where the carers have gone out of their way to ensure my mother has everything she needs. They also spend quality time chatting to ensure there are no well-being concerns and highlight anything of note in their reports so we can follow up. We value the support provided and how they have allowed my mother to transition at her own pace and in her own way from being wholly independent to accepting care and intervention as appropriate without any problems whilst still being on hand to offer assistance if required. One of the strengths of the service is the ease of direct access to management and communication with team leaders - very reassuring.

Our experience with AAA Care has been excellent. We have a regular, reliable team of Carers who visit. They are always friendly, helpful, and attentive. Management are also very approachable and deals with any queries quickly and efficiently. The app which allows me to keep a check is also very useful.

Although carers are on a time schedule for calls the client isn't made to feel rushed. They always stay for a full hour from the time they arrive.
